The tea party is teeing off on Senate Republican leader Mitch McConnell.
Matt Bevin, who is challenging McConnell in the GOP primary in Kentucky, seized on the senators vote Wednesday to move ahead on legislation to increase the nations debt limit, describing it as a blank check for President Barack Obama. The tea party-backed businessman and conservative groups signaled they wont let Senate Republican incumbents forget the vote this election year.
Kentucky and America can literally no longer afford such financially reckless behavior from the likes of Mitch McConnell, Bevin said in a statement.

Name 2 things that Mitch has gotten for conservatives while going along with his beloved dem buddies the last 6 years.
I blame the conservatives congress reps who elected Boehner as speaker, and effectively gave away the republican majority power in the house back to the democrats.
This is why the democrats really don't have a problem when they are in the minority. They still control congress through Boehner and McConnell, Cantor and Cornyn.
With Boehner as speaker and McConnell as Senate leader, if repubs win the senate, the democrats will be just fine.
Rino’s in rat clothing
Unfortunately, I think we might have 8 years of the Hildebeast after that. Only Jesus can save us.
Heard Mike Huckabee call this insanity then he made excuses for Boehner the undocumented democrat...
I’m tired of fence sitters, and Mike Huckabee is one. You never know which side they’ll lean to.
There is no excuse for this crap
“I blame the conservatives congress reps who elected Boehner as speaker, and effectively gave away the republican majority power in the house back to the democrats.”.........
He nailed that one.
Crooks are attracted to money. The Dems spend the most money. Ergo crooks are attracted to Dems.
Beat the turd-le in the primary.
1:27 Minutes - New Ad
Tax Hike Mike is a liberal who plays a conservative on TV.
They need to do the same with Lamar Alexander in Tennessee!
They need to so the same thing with McCornball in Texas!!
“It should have been a very easy vote,” he told reporters. “In my view, every Senate Republican should have stood together.” Whether McConnell remains the leader, Cruz said it “is ultimately a decision ... for the voters in Kentucky.”
Surely they have the video tape of that somewhere. Matt Bevins should make that into a TV Ad and run it periodically until the KY Primary, May 20. There might be some Cruz haters who would vote for Mitch the Bi**h because they hate Ted. But, I think the end result would be overwhelmingly in Matt Bevins’ favor.
Somebody help me out here: Boehner has to be voted on by members of the House. Doesn’t McConnell have to be voted on by Senators? Who says that the post of Majority or Minority Leader belongs to him next go around?
