Thanks for asking for that, I was just remembering it but didn’t know where to find it.

I know! Let’s keep doing the same ol’, same ol’, merely press that button with the “R” and, PRESTO!, you have an opposition party! It’s been working out so well for us dontchaknow? *Spit*

Third party? Hell, we need a second one.

If we spent half the energy and emotion on defeating Democrats that we spend on punishing less than pure Republicans we wouldn’t have the current abominations in the White House and Senate.

In light of present realities, that is really a stupid statement. We have spent all our efforts in attempting to defeat democrats only to have our efforts thwarted by the likes of Boehner and McConnell.

Too many of these so-called Republicans are actually working to promote the same agenda as the Democrats, so we are not attempting to punish "less than pure Republicans", but we are trying to replace people who are actively undermining the very principles upon which the Republican party was built.

We can't fight a war with an army full of turncoat generals.

No problem!

McConnell (KY) - 05/20/14 - 81% (Average) - 79% (Heritage) - 74% (CFG) - 100% (ACU) - 71% (FreedomWorks)

McConnell (KY) - 05/20/14 - 75% (Average) - 79% (Heritage) - 74% (CFG) - 71% (FreedomWorks)

Note the difference in the average. Dropped six points when you leave out the ACU, whose rating of McConnell at 100% is laughable. The ACU also has the “lifetime rating” trick which politicians enthusiastically glom on to. They can have their conservative votes from 20 years ago give them cover for this year.

McConnell is not the conservative he claims. And even this average is misleading, for he carefully votes conservative to fool his constituents, while he undermines conservatives behind the scenes. But it’s as objective a rating as we can get, based on his votes, and 75% is piss poor!

It is your attitude of acceptance of the mediocre and unprincipled GOP-E that has led us to the losing position we find ourselves in today.

You, and those that think like you, are primarily to blame.

AMEN.

McConnell is worse than Obama and Reid. All traitors are. He violated his oath of office repeatedly in failing to defend the Constitution against it's usurpation - handing a blank check to the Executive, and allowing a dictator render Congress itself, irrelevant.

McConnell is currently carpet bombing ads here that tout he is the only true Conservative in the race. Citing his supposed standing against Obama and ObamaCare at every turn, opposing him on his war on coal, reined in deficit spending, while cleverly bashing Matt Bevin as a dangerous lying fraud.

I will not vote for the Turtle no matter the outcome of the Primary. I'll write in a true Conservative if I have to. McConnell is worse than any Democrat, because he wages war on his own base. Traitors we cannot abide. Period.

Thanks. I saw something about how he votes wrong on things like cloture and procedural votes which allow the ‘rats the upper hand, to gain cover for voting right (until Cruz forced him out of the corner) after he’s allowed it to the floor.

Oldest trick in the GOPe playbook. Not a dimes worth of difference between the Establishment RINO's like Midge, McShamnesty, Linda Grahamnesty or McCornball and their Dim counterparts.

Yes. I’ll say this, they’ve motivated me to become more familiar with those boring little details. It’s amazing how much they can get away with by using this sleight of hand.

Reagan also said, The person who agrees with you 80 percent of the time is a friend and an ally – not a 20 percent traitor.”

The trouble is that the percentages are now reversed.

"We don't intend to turn the Republican Party over to the traitors in the battle just ended. We will have no more of those candidates who are pledged to the same goals as our opposition and who seek our support. Turning the Party over to the so-called moderates wouldn’t make any sense at all." -- President Ronald Reagan

But, but, but what about the 11th commandment???????

Here is what Cornball says on Facebook!:

“After five years of out-of-control White House spending, including a jobless, trillion-dollar stimulus, now is hardly the time to give the President carte blanche to continue his spending spree. I voted against raising the debt ceiling because we need sensible reforms to cut down on spending and restrain Washington going forward.”

I’m not on facebook. But I would ask that every Texas freeper go onto Cornball’s facebook page and let him have it!

He’s lying. To our faces.

Come primary day, Anyone But Cornyn! Come runoff day, we give him the boot!

I can't wait to see the rallies this summer. Who will be on the stump for "our" candidates? Levin, Cruz, Sarah? My guess is all of the above. In given states and at the right time. The E-GOP will squirm, especially Rove. Imagine a huge rally with 5 thousand or more in Kentucky and Sarah on the Stage.

Grab the popcorn, it is going to be an interesting summer...

Sure, keep on voting for these Repubicans and enjoy your incremental slide into America's death. "Less than pure" - I could throw up.

Ann Coulter was on Hannity last night complaining about all the incumbents being challenged, sounded like Tokyo Rove.

She made me bring this back, just as I was beginning to forget her last few forays into the Twilight Zone realm.

The real test on conservative voting record would be how many of those votes were winning votes. Easy for progressives to vote conservative when the vote will not count.

I don’t agree with everything he does but he has a 96% rating with the American Conservative Union and that’s way better than most.

Leaving out the separate debate about the validity of the ACU rating, he's the one driving the ship in terms of what the party does..or doesn't do in the Senate. If there is no conservative legislation, there is no voting record to fit in to the rating calculations. He's sided with Reid and Obama at least as many times as conservatives int he past 16 months. That doesn't show up much of the time in vote tracking. The die is cast, so to speak, before many of the votes take place.
