The only way to stop President Barack Obama from nullifying duly enacted laws is impeachment, says Judge Andrew Napolitano. The problem is, neither Congress nor the American public have the guts for it.
"The president is doing the opposite of what he was elected to do," Napolitano said Thursday on Fox News Channel's "Your World with Neil Cavuto." Napolitano is a former New Jersey Superior Court judge and a Fox News legal analyst.
When Obama picks and chooses which laws, or portions of them, to enforce, he actually is telling people how to avoid obeying the law, he told Cavuto.

Bingo we dont have to listen to the govt. We can work and operate only for our own purposes. The fed govt is all about power and money control. They gave they gave up their right to govern.

More Republican Speakers of the House lost their jobs as a result of the last impeachment than the Democrat, who is now more popular than ever.
The only way an impeachment move would happen is if the Dems start it. Pubbies don’t have the backbone and they know as soon as they made the first move, the Dems and MSM could be crying ‘racism’.
The only real option would be for the GOP leadership to try to convince the Dem leadership to put pressure on Obama and try to corral him.
Obama has declared parts of this law null and void and therefore the government has no authority whatsoever to enforce any other provisions of this law.
The waiver of the business mandate and the attempt to enforce the individual mandate is clearly a violation of the equal protection clause.
In my opinion, the actions of the executive branch on Obamacare have clearly and unequivocally rendered the entire law moot.
There is no longer any "Affordable Care Act." It has been vetoed by the president who signed it. The only thing left are his unconstitutional executive orders.
The reason why no one will touch Obama is 90% of the press is held hostage because the Democrats have used the NSA to gather evidence, and will use the IRS to deliver the hammer-blow, if they do not lick the boots with excited passion.

Impeachment is not the only way but probably the least likely to cause a major uproar.
If “impeachment” it is then get it done and NOW.
Then he’s unstoppable. Because impeachment is a fantasy.

Nobody is going to impeach Obama.

Even if impeachment proceedings were to occur, impeachment means nothing. After Clinton was impeached, he went on without missing a beat and becomes more popular every year. It’s a bold term but is useless. We will never be rid of this abomination.
He’s making up all new laws decreeing executive orders. Expect one of them to be cancelling 2016 elections. He will never go away.
Electing him for a 2nd term was a grave error for this country.
It may very well come down to that. If the President won’t even follow the federal laws he is sworn to uphold, why should anyone else feel compelled to follow the orders of a lawless President? Basically it destroys the peaceful social contract that we implicitly follow as long as we perceive that we are better off doing so. When we don’t, the contract is broken, and the only thing that would compel individuals to adhere to orders from one side or another is threat, first to their financial health, then their physical health. Then it comes down to how many guns and bayonets each side has. War and total chaos follow. Why people can’t see this is beyond me. I guess the majority is too addled by their addiction to government largesse.
Impeachment simply isn’t going to happen. We don’t have anywhere near the numbers to pull that off.

The Constitution isn’t often framed as what it is - a CONTRACT between the people/states and the federal government.
When one side breaks the contract, it frees the other side from obligation to fulfill it’s contractual requirements as well.
Yes. When Clinton was impeached the Senators 'trying' him wouldn't even deign, per Lott's direction, to look at the evidence against him. They wouldn't even look at it!
Honestly? No.
But that doesn't mean that it shouldn't be widely advocated and supported by every statesman who still loves their country.
