A Fox News poll shows that most swing-voters think President Barack Obama is overstepping his legal authority by selectively enforcing Congress’ laws, such as the 2010 Obamacare law.
Sixty-six percent of independents, and 90 percent of Republicans said they disapprove of “Barack Obama going around Congress and using executive orders.”
Only 15 percent of independents, and 7 percent of conservatives, think Obama’s efforts to bypass Congress are “the way our government is supposed to work.”
The lopsided results in the February poll of 1,006 registered voters is a loud warning signal for Obama, who is relying on his extensive use of executive orders, regulations and unilateral actions to boost his policies and his supporters’ morale in the run-up to the November election.
The election is important because Republicans could win a narrow majority in the Senate, and help the GOP to develop a governing agenda to offer voters in 2016.

The focus group instant data on the SOTU showed indies tracking right with pubbies and dems out on their own. If your a dem, it’s really bad news - you have lost the indies almost entirely.
I’m guessing those 7% of Conservatives aren’t really Conservatives.
The Democrats know that if they promise them a few freebies before election day that they will be back on the plantation election day.
Obviously they just don’t like a black president.
And 3 months before the next election the media will fire up the all new republican war on women narrative and...whoooosh... they all vote democrat
I did not see Democrats mentioned so I presume 97% of them think what he’s doing is just peachy.
I don’t hate the dork.
I loathe, detest, spit upon, hurl upon, give the one-finger salute to, moon, and p*ss in the general direction of the loathsome POS ill educated smegma-lipped slimeball bottom dweller.
But I really don’t hate him.
I am skeptical. How many Americans, particularly young ones, know or care about our Constitutional divisions of Federal powers. And the division of State vs Federal powers. Progressive rats and their judges have been working on greater Federale powers for decades. And greater executive powers for the President.
