On March 20th, 2009, Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna was sentenced to 25 years in prison for killing Ali Mansur, a known Al Qaeda operative while serving in Iraq. Mansur was known to be a member of an Al Qaeda cell operating in the lieutenant’s area of operation and Army intelligence believed he organized an attack on Lt. Behenna’s platoon in April 2008 which killed two U.S. soldiers and injured two more. Army intelligence ordered the release of Mansur and Lt. Behenna was ordered to return the terrorist to his home.

During the return of Mansur, Lt. Behenna again questioned the Al Qaeda member for information about other members of the terrorist cell, and financial supporters. During this interrogation, Mansur attacked Lt. Behenna, who killed the terrorist in self-defense. The government subsequently prosecuted Lt. Behenna for premeditated murder.

This week Michael Behenna was offered parole after serving 5 years for killing the Al-Qaeda operative in 2008.

Our PC Army at work. What a disgrace. None of the tools involved in this shameful waste of time deserve to be protected by our soldiers.

The JAGs who prosecuted him should go to jail.

I agree with the comment, “When does Barry go to jail for droning thousands of suspected terrorists?”.

What happens when the Commander and Chief stands with the Muslims.

“The JAGs who prosecuted him should go to jail.”
******************************************************************

Little Lindsay Graham is a long-time Air Force JAG reserve officer. Many of the JAG members are creepy progressives advancing that agenda within the military.

Dear Michael Behenna, thank you for your service.
Mine was very modest.
You are a hero in our family.
Come by any day for a big Shabbat meal and fine wine, stay as long as you like, and bring plenty of friends. We’ve got a big house and lots of ornery kids!

Isn’t/wasn’t Al Qaeda our enemy? Aren’t our military supposed to kill the enemy? What am I missing here?

This bunch in DC should be in prison, not Army Ranger 1st Lieutenant Michael Behenna!!!

I think my head is gonna explode, every day there is more BS coming out on this administration & their f’ed up minions.

..........it would appear that this was one of our Commander in Chief’s very first notches on his gun handle!

There was a day when some officers on some Joint Chief’s of Staff’s would have put a stop to this!

I would like to see a million Americans all chip in a dollar and give it to him! And, it should become a plank in our new reshuffled pubbie party to pardon this man!

I think it was Clint Eastwood in Unforgiven who coined the phrase that “well, he needed killing”! This murdering pile of horse dung did.

I know somebody will jump me for saying that but these kids of ours who go in harms way should Always be given the benefit of the doubt. Unless there is absolute bullet proof evidence against them, they should not be prosecuted.

On the contrary, the JAG’s should not! They should have to have crystal clear evidence or sit down and shut the hell up.

Before one of you ask or imply, I am not in favor of turning our troops loose with an un-restricted right to kill without fear of prosecution. That would reduce our military to the same low caliber of the Japs in WW II or the Nazis. I’m just saying that all these “maybe he did and maybe he didn’t and where’s the concrete evidence cases................should go away!”

They gave aide and comfort to the enemy by their actions. Jail is too good for them. JMHO...

I have taken a lot of what I understand about these people from the book by a young Winston Churchill. Churchill was only 23 years old as he fought with "The Malakand Field Force" in 1897. Churchill despaired of ever beating the Afghans. To quote Churchill.

Stone age savages with 19th century weapons.

What these desk bound military boffins seem to expect is as follows. That faced with the psychopathic merciless villains, that know no law, the soldier is expected to be a text book figure. A figure who has the compassion of a saint and martyr. Yes, of course no soldier should follow the actions of the dreaded SS of WW2. But this was a one time incident, not a regular tactic.

Excuse the ramble, but your suggestion for a fund has merit.
