No, open carry will only refine the ‘game’. Concealed carry keeps the thuggish ones from knowing who will terminate them if they fail to knockout a victim, and/or who will terminate them WHEN they knockout a companion or innocent pedestrian. Concealed carry should be the law of the land, without a permit required. After all, it is generally found in the Bill of Rights which the democrips and republicants are terminating step-by-step.
