The White House has just made a damning admission about ObamaCare: Its employer mandate creates an incentive for businesses to lay off workers. That’s not how the administration puts it, of course. But a new rule requiring certain businesses to certify — on pain of perjury — that layoffs they make are not ObamaCare-related rests on this assumption.

If the extension violates the law (ultra vires), companies that choose to follow the whimsy of President Obama are at risk. Hey guys, have you talked to your company lawyer about this? What if Big O changes his mind.

Then, we will probably see mandatory funding of Obozomeister Care, mandated minimal wages, and IRAs backed by government bonds and paid for by the employer, life time pay checks and the above benefits with no real work to earn the above.

That will solve the unemployment problem before our country craters into bankruptcy.

Then it will be Mission Accomplished by Herr Obozomeister and his fellow fascists in control of America.

I still haven’t been able to find out what happens if you attest that you ARE making these changes because of Obamacare. As ide from the unleashing of public shaming and regulatory hell what will Obama do?

This all ties into the rug being pulled out from underneath us all while being smoothe talked and watching the show the media presents instead of looking behind the curtain.
