Egypt is continuing its crackdown not only on Sinai terrorism but on Gaza’s Hamas rulers as well.
The Bethlehem-based Ma’an news agency reported that Egyptian border forces destroyed 10 tunnels and seven homes in the Sinai on Saturday, as part of new campaign to create a buffer zone along the border with Gaza that would extend 500 meters in some places.

As Bill Clinton would say, “Blow, Baby, Blow”.
The Sinai go boom! Moses would be happy.
Wouldn't that make an excellent bombing range for the IAF?

Many people forget, or never knew, that the Gaza Strip was under Egyptian control until the 1967 Six Day War with Israel when Israel chased them out of Gaza and the entire Sinai Penninsula in six days.
When the Camp David Accords were signed by Egyptian President Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Begin in 1978, followed by the 1979 Egypt-Israel Peace Treaty Egypt refused to take the Gaza Strip back from Israel.
The “Palestinian” residents of GAZA have always been nothing but trouble since the 1947 UN Partition and the creation of Israel, and Egypt was glad to be rid of them.

As an Egyptian official stated a few weeks ago, no nation can tolerate the presence of terrorists on their border.
