Is Public Education Hurting More Than Helping Our Kids?

“I trudged the several blocks home from school, satchel in hand. It was a beautiful, golden afternoon, and I was ready for some adventure. I had a little homework, but that could wait until after supper. My parents knew that kids needed time to play and there was only so much daylight left. My best friend and I spent the afternoon exploring in the nearby woods and seeking out “evil” boys to annoy. We got home in time for supper and had plenty of time to finish our homework before bed. I don’t remember ever being stressed about tests and grades in elementary school. School was a relatively comfortable place, although it really did not compare with free time to play outside.”

I believe you. We have an extremely vocal population and if they’re unhappy, they take the appropriate action.

They just got the school board to fold on a very unpopular drug testing program they wanted to foist on kids who participate in extracurricular activities. When the parents and students found the school board was withholding information, they went to court to get the board to release it and proved the board to be untruthful.

The school board was surprised and upset with the rancor of the parents and students. Too bad.

Godd fight fight fight. We conservatives were too quiet for too long. The squeaky wheel gets the grease. We have to be squeaky and beat the loud mouth left and middle by being louder. Debate is pointless since their idea of compromise is that you have to give them all they want and get nothing in return. RINOs and the Left think the Tea Party is dead. We know it is growing.

Slavery was abolished.

SS schooling ( single-payer and socialist-entitlement schoolsing) must be as well.

Your area’s schools are just as godless in their worldview as anyone else’s. The children in your area’s schools **will** learn to think and reason godlessly. They must just to cooperate while in the godless classroom. How could it be otherwise?

The children in your area’s schools risk learning to be comfortable with socialist single-payer programs just as much as anyone else’s. Hey! If the voting mob in your area can give a child tuition-free schooling, why not use that mob to get LOTS of ‘free” stuff.

Fundamentally, government schools are an abomination because all of them are built upon the rotten foundation of single-payer socialism. And...Every ( yes **all** ) government K-12 schools in this nation are godless in their worldview. They are not now ( and never have been ) religiously neutral.

Every government SS school in this nation is a First Amendment and freedom of conscience abomination! Reforming that is like playing with dog pooh and calling Playdoh.

SS schooling can NOT be fixed. It must be abandoned.

I am doing all I can to convince as many parents as possible to abandon the SS schools.

You are a moron unworthy of any further response from me. You are exactly what Christ warned the rest of us about. Are you a member of Westboro Baptist Church? If you aren’t you ought to be. Have a nice trip to failure, oh never mind you’re already there.

Let me know how that failure works out for you. By the way did I mention you are a failure and obviously a member of Westboro Baptist Church? What do you think of Jews? What do you think of members of the armed forces? Have you ever done anything other than whine? Do you live alone in a desolate area?
