Former Bush administration adviser Karl Rove on Sunday cautioned Republicans against a 2016 presidential election strategy that focuses too much on the political history of potential Democratic front-runner Hillary Clinton.
Rove told Fox News Sunday he was uncertain whether revisiting Clinton and husband Bill Clintons years in the White House would help Republicans win the presidency.
It may, said Rove, now a Fox News contributor. But the trouble for Republicans is its easier to say what youre against than what you are for.
Republicans have tried to knock down a Clinton candidacy essentially since she resigned from her post in February 2013 as secretary of state.
And the campaign appears to have increased in recent weeks with the publication of historical, academic documents portraying her as ruthless and Kentucky GOP Sen. Rand Paul questioning whether former President Clinton should be allowed to return to the White House, considering his behavior with intern Monica Lewinsky.

I don't understand why anyone still listens to him. Or if they do listen, why they don't use what they've learned and do exactly the opposite.
I got an idea for a campaign slogan for Hillary.
“A U-Turn back to the 20th century!”
Zer0: "Hillary, that was a pretty nasty fall in the State Department garage. Do we have to send you off to detox from the booze?"
The Beast: "Don't talk to me about my drinking! I'll have you exposed for your drug use! I'll haul you out of the closet for your sexual activities! Don't you dare push me!"
Zer0: "Remember Benghazi? You told me to get some sleep and you would handle it. I have a file a mile long on you. And, Oh Yes. You do have a lesbian streak in you, Hillary dear. I suggest you step down from Secretary of State and take a rest. You'll need it if you plan on running for President!"

Whether that’ll be a problem or not depends on who comes out of the primaries, doesn’t it? They actually could nominate Liz The Human Talking-Point Memo. Which brings up an entirely different record to attack.
Eyes likes your thinkin’ A10.
..yeah right,....in 2008 it was don’t mention Odungo’s middle name..so what happens he takes the Oath BARACK HUSSEIN OBAMA...
They know Hilda is vulnerable, her past is just as bad as the little boy king’s, same tactic.
every time they say, “republican war on women”, we should say, “lifetime enabler of a serial sex offender”.
I don’t know why we consume so much energy on Karl Rove. I don’t know why we don’t just write him and tell him when he has fallen off the turnip truck. He has to know when that alien Leftish alter ego has taken over his mind.
From the chambers to the chamber pot..
Void the bowels of Washington, D.C. 2014 - 2016
Would it be Rove's quote, But the trouble for Republicans is its easier to say what youre against than what you are for?
As we saw in 2008 and 2012, Obama lied about what he said he was for, but McCain was cowed into silence over demands to not say "Hussein," and to go soft because it would be "racist" to talk about Obama's past.
Romney's past was portrayed by a series of lies by Obama, but Romney also went soft on retaliating. Obama took advantage of the debates to say his greatest whoppers, knowing that Romney would not rebut, saying things like "The sequestration would not happen," and "if you've got health insurance it doesn't mean a government take over. You keep your own insurance. You keep your own doctor... essentially setting up a group plan that allows you to benefit from group rates that are typically 18 percent lower than if you're out there trying to get insurance on the individual market..."
The Republican candidate cannot be afraid to punch back, hard. Rove is exemplifying all the past GOP consultants who told Republicans to go soft, take the high road, be the nice guy, and it doesn't work.
You can already see it now, a repeat of what the Hillary camp did to Rick Lazio. They will say the Republican invaded her space (bullying the girl), attacking women if they bring up her marriage to Bill, don't like women in powerful positions if they bring up Hillarycare or Benghazi or her lack of accomplishment in the Senate. This is all intended to scare the Republican into acquiesence before the candidate is even chosen.
And it will work because the Republicans have been weakened in spirit, beaten down by the steady Democrat-machine onslaught over everything, and become feckless and afraid to act.

Rove, no one pays attention to you. You conned $350 million from donors
in 2012 and have nothing to show for the money you spent. No wonder
you have only raised about 6 million.
The "republican" consultants must have put all their little heads together to come up with this pearl of wisdom... because they really care which party wins the next election.
That picture is sick! How could you defile her hind-ass the Beast? It is so sick that I want more of it!
When is someone going to Photo Shop the Hildebeast’s head on the body of a pig.
Now for some good reading:

The Hildebeast exposed for the Beast she is. Good one.
Yea, that going after your opponent, might actually win an election and then you couldn’t blame them for your treason!
RINOECTOMY TIME!!!
The Republicans have to change their name to something more in line with a kitty, which starts with a P.
