Only endorsement I’ve seen from Cruz has been in Legal races. I imagine he’ll keep it that way.

I cannot agree more with Ken Paxton as AG in this state...His proven conservative and moral positions are what make him a great candidate and will make him an outstanding AG for the state of Texas...

When I heard about him forming up a campaign for this job, I could not crawl over bigger people to get on that endorsement list...

It is the only official endorsement I have given before an actual primary election that I can recall...

That’s how important and confident I am in that decision...

Ken Paxton aligned himself with our Collin County Tea Party groups from the very beginning, and was a frequent speaker at our meetings. This was years ago, and he's been strongly supportive of the Tea Party ever since.

He's one of the few politicians I've rubbed elbows with enough to take the measure of the man. He's the real deal, and he's got my trust.

Can someone tell me what is wrong with the other guy? I voted for Paxton in the primary, but this was before I found out he was the only government official who wrote a letter in favor of a developer putting a government housing project right in my neighborhood here in McKinney!

Paxton ... was the only government official who wrote a letter in favor of a developer putting a government housing project right in my neighborhood here in McKinney!

You sure about that? Got a link? Docs?

Not a challenge. I just need to see some proof that Ken Paxton really did what you say, before I get twisted up about it.

Here is the link: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/docs/imaged/2013apps/13259.pdf

Note that the address is in the middle of a pretty okay middle-class neighborhood. Paxton's support letter, the only one, is on page 151 of the document.

Our neighborhood area was blindsided by it. We just found out about it 2 weeks ag,o even though the state of Texas approved it in July!

I have done tons of research about the group that is suing all the suburban areas around here (which was why Frisco just had to get the same type of housing). According to the group, ICP, McKinney had enough government housing, but it was all concentrated to the east of 75. They decided there should be government housing to the west of the 75. I guess Paxton agreed. According to the consent decree, McKinney will have to have about 2 more of these west of 75. I swear, it's like I'm living in California again.
