While speaking with Fox News' Neil Cavuto, Judge Andrew Napolitano said impeachment is the only way to stop President Obama from ruling by executive fiat, Newsmax reported Thursday.
"The president is doing the opposite of what he was elected to do," he said. "At some point he is totally frustrating what Congress has written."
He also told Cavuto that when Obama takes unilateral action, picking and choosing what laws -- or portions of laws -- to enforce, he is actually telling people how to avoid the law.
The president has unilaterally delayed portions of Obamacare without going through Congress, and he has taken other executive actions on issues like the minimum wage, gun control and immigration.
Although some Republicans have threatened impeachment, Napolitano said that as a whole, neither Congress nor the American people have the guts to see it through. Another problem is the current makeup of the Senate. Even if Obama were impeached by the House, a Senate controlled by Democrats would never vote to convict or remove him from office.

If impeachment proceedings were started now, they can be still under investigation thru Jan 2015, and likely a more favorable Senate.
There was another such moment....... it was the Robespierre moment in 1794. The leader of the Committee Public Safety went before his Convention and was shouted down. There were cries for his arrest.
He fled. He shot himself but didn’t die. A few hours later his near dead body was placed on the guillotine to do it properly.
But victory at elections is the result of appealing more successfully to the people.
The problem is that you and I don’t like what appeals to the people. To change that requires changing the people.
This is, BTW, why we are losing. The culture was abandoned to liberals/socialists some decades back. While we won some elections, with Reagan and such, they gradually whittled the ground out from under us.
Politics in a democratic society is downstream of culture. In the long run, culture controls politics.
Will NEVER happen.
The GOP-e is at war with Conservatives, not with Obama.
The GOP itself will not contend with or withstand the firestorm of outrage from the media and the Left. Charges of Racism and every other demagogic tactic will frighten the Republican Party into apologizing and surrendering for their ‘extremist’ members daring to politically attack a black president.
Boehner will NEVER allow charges to come to the floor, Reid, McConnell, McCain and the host of the Politburo rubber stamps for Obama will NEVER, EVER convict.
It’s a political IMPOSSIBILITY. That’s the reality.
History teaches that no dictator or tyrant is ever able to be constrained or prohibited by ‘civil laws’. They ignore and rewrite the law to suit their rule.
There is only one way that a dictator and tyrant is removed from power.
But no one is willing to allow their minds to go there. So instead - we will suffer a tighter and tighter iron fist towards subjugation and eventual eradication.
A Rep or Senator cannot be impeached. Only judges and executive officers.
They can be expelled by a majority of their House, or they can be voted out.
Only two ways to get rid of them.
Hard to win elections when elections are fixed. i.e. IRS targeting.
Humiliate the Senate, shame them into doing their duty. Of course this requires the House to make the case, something which Boehner will not allow.
He’s a criminal, not a President.
If he were not the “First Black President”, even his own paraty would be shying away from him.
However, since about 90% of blacks apparently would support Obama even if he introduced eating babies alive at Public Events, and since Black Voters are a substantial part of the Democratic Voting block, the Dems will NEVER support impeaching this guy.
The dismal fact is that about 1/2 of Americans think one way on social issues and about 1/2 of them think the other way and there is POSSIBLE way of reconciling their views.
It will result in YEARS of domestic economic and social strife and a schizophrenic foreign policy.
The best long term solution is for a dissolution of the Union with the conservatives taking one half and the liberals the other half. Its the ONLY solution which might work.

The Senate does not impeach. The House does. While it is true that it takes the super majority in the Senate to pass the impeachment from the House. Even with the chance we get the Senate we will never get a majority to dump King Obama. King Obama will be Americas first dictator and will go well past the 2016 election, since there will be no election.
I recommend that regular citizens have parties in communities across the nation to construct a gallows in every town square.
Somebody might then get the message.
The EXEMPT are too busy acquiring money, extra homes,
mistresses and drugs to actually close the border
or investigate criminal activity.
If not that, at least a quick sequel would be needed to keep President Plugs from getting a VP through Congress.
Then we could witness the swearing in of the wish-washy, confused gentleman from Ohio's 8th District.

The ComDems will never let us “leave” without a War. They want the Conservatives who work to support their voters. They know without us, system collapses. We are near to collapse even with us.
So they will never simply let us leave. Although many tell us in TX to simply go our way now. (they of course don’t mean it)
So the choice is total collapse and subjection or War. Not much of a choice.
But bear in mind, we are not talking about 1/2 of the nation that will choose freedom. It is more like 2/3 to 3/4 of the nation. Who would fight for freedom again? Good question.
Reps and Senators can be charged with Treason. Many of them are guilty of that.
There’s another way. Fire everyone working on Capitol Hill for not doing the job the American taxpayers are paying them to do. Send them home. We don’t need them. We’ve got Barry’s pen and phone doing THEIR job.
