Actually Impeachment is not the only option.

Can nullify EO’s and CFR rules by Congressional overrides.

Has even been proposed by libs such as Stephen Breyer because they know all of it is un-Constitutional.

If the RINOs had any sense they would use this as a campaign issue to convince people to turn over the Senate to them.

But that would imply they had sense, like I said....

Exactamundo. Bama's a 'distraction'. The people have only one way of wielding power in DC and you cite it.

The mid-terms are more important than most comprehend, and that, my FRiend, is why I believe it's too late. (plus all the seemingly successful pressure on conservative-organizing) (cynicus)

Also, any executive orders that go beyond the bounds of the discretion allowed by Congress can be overturned by the courts.

An executive order is not a law. A valid executive order merely designates how federal agencies are to apply a law, within reasonable discretion as permitted by Congress. Any EO that goes beyond these bounds has no more legal validity than a proclamation by you or I.

Whether a court would properly make this distinction is of course an entirely separate question.
