In 2009, Hall was named National Superintendent of the Year by the Schools Superintendents Association, which at the time, said Hall's "leadership turned Atlanta into a model of urban school reform."

Further evidence of exactly how stupid, corrupt and morally bankrupt these "Associations" are.

Have they publically rescinded the award yet?

Those are all excellent questions. It almost looks like they might be saying what they know we want to hear while they wait for the media attention to die down so they can go back to ignoring the problem.

“Will” fire her? Why have they not already fired her?

Peoria, IL - District 150 has its very own Granita Lathan... seems to fit the template, though Granita has, thus far, kept her nose clean of corruption. There should be a thread of higher-up metropolitican school administrators and principals - might we see a pattern?

I believe you have very clearly stated what is happening and what will happen.

I have long thought that they should bring back the old stocks for people convicted of certain crimes. I’m sure some lawyer would conclude it was “cruel & unusual punishment”,but I think this public humililiation is just what is called for in certain instances. Should make others think twice before committing something similar & isn’t that what we want?
