MEXICO CITY (AP) The head of Mexico's Sinaloa Cartel who was the world's most powerful drug lord was captured overnight by U.S. and Mexican authorities at a condominium in Mazatlan, Mexico, The Associated Press learned Saturday, ending a bloody decades-long career that terrorized swaths of the country.A senior U.S. law enforcement official said Joaquin "El Chapo" Guzman was taken alive overnight by Mexican marines in the beach resort town. The official was not authorized to discuss the arrest and spoke on condition of anonymity.

Is this arrest a side effect of the vigilante take-over in another part of Mexico? Authorities deciding they better get their act together?
There is no war on drugs. If there were, ole Chapo would have been dead years ago and his number would know the same awaits him.
I don’t think so. From the article and others I’ve read it looks like this operation was in the works for some time. There were a few near misses over the last month.

Maybe NSA’s capabilities to monitor the phone calls/texts of people focused in on a real criminal instead of tea party members, real republicans, law abiding Americans and our foreign allies.
Now turn those powers on to the foreign credit card hackers who hacked Target, Nordstrom and ?. After identifying them, send a personal “candy gram” delivered by a drone.
