Every year I get a load of topsoil mixed with Turkey Crap. We raise a lot of Turkeys in Central Texas and it is cheap. I till it in with last years soil and my tomatoes and squash and okra grow like you can not believe. I give tomatoes away. I eat tomatoes, I dehydrate tomatoes and then freeze them. When I need a tomato sauce I put the dehydrated tomatoes in a blender and grind them to a powder, add water and instant sauce. It is better than the canned sauce.
