Democrats now backing away from Obamacare
US Finance Post ^ | 2/23/14 | Jack Minor

Debbie Wasserman-Schultz said in November that Democrats would enthusiastically run on Obamacare in the mid-term elections and it would be a winning issue, however it appears that Democratic candidates have not gotten the memo and are attempting to distance themselves from Obamacare rather than embrace it.

Schultz, chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee said in November, “You’re darn right that our candidates are going to run on the advantage that Obamacare will be going into the 2014 election. The choice will be very clear.”

**SNIP**

However, individual candidates who know they have to face the voters in November appear to be taking a different approach and are now backing away from proudly voting for the law.

However, the problem Democrats have is that they are still stuck with the fact that at the time the Affordable Care Act was passed not a single Republican voted for the law and it was passed solely by Democrats. This means for good or bad, the Democrats effectively own the issue.

Eat it, RATS.

Perhaps Nancy Pelosi needs to tell her people to embrace the suck again.

Putting aside the fact that I think the GOP pretty much relying on the anti-Obamacare vote is an absolute loser, candidates will adjust their positions based on constituents. These are Dims running in Red States. They don’t want us, they just want the fight leaners.

She probably feels comfy in her district. It’s probably similar in progressive overload as is Pelosi’s.

Democrat senate incumbents who are up for re-election and voted for husseincare are running commercials ATTACKING it like they had nothing to do with it becoming law.

It's jaw dropping to watch, they figure they can fool enough morons to keep their seat.

“It’s jaw-dropping to watch, they figure they can fool enough morons to keep their seat.”

And they’ll do that with the help of the Progressive media and all the other institutions infested with Progressives.

It’s not only jaw-dropping, but tragic, disgusting, subversive and now in the realm of dangerous.

IMHO

Obamacrats wanted it. Let their political futures live and die with it. They were warned. When the Obamacrats admit they screwed up, and do something about it, like repealing their unaffordable, dangerously harmful fascist crap, I’ll say good on em’, and never vote for idiots like them.

Senator Landrieu of Louisiana isn’t backing away from it. She said as recently as December that if she had to do it all over again, she would vote for it again.

Before this election season is over, no Democrats will have voted for Obamacare, and it will be all the Republicans' fault.

“Before this election season is over, no Democrats will have voted for Obamacare, and it will be all the Republicans’ fault.”

I wonder if the FCC installed “monitors” will be in place and have anything to say if a conservative candidate starts to run ads showcasing 0-care, and other assorted utopian success stories.

Personally, I don’t care who is distancing themselves from 0care, what the latest polls say, how the website is a disaster...all that is irrelevant.

Tell me when this unconstitutional economic trainwreck is going to be repealed. Anything less is a waste of time and energy.

Too late. The only way they can save themselves is to vote for repeal and they won’t. Just hope the Republicans don’t mess it up, as is their penchant.

ALL TOGETHER, NOW----LET'S ALL HUM THE THEME FROM "JAWS"

White House chief of staff Denis McDonough held an unpublicized meeting with Sen. Michael Bennet (DIMWIT-Colo), chairman of the Senate Democrats’ campaign arm, amid anger and anxiety that ObamaCare’s botched rollout could cost the party its majority next year.

In the meeting, requested by the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee (DSCC), McDonough and Bennet discussed what the White House could do to help vulnerable Senate Democrats and “talked about developing a stronger relationship with the White House.”

(That cockamamie idea was quickly discarded. After all, Democrats reasoned, who would believe a ditzy story like that.....other than the brain dead MSM media.)

Democratic senators fear the White House is not sympathetic enough to their plight. After the government shutdown, they were confident they would retain the Senate, maybe even retake the House; but Dem optimism vanished as problems with the healthcare law mounted.

(The buzz is Speaker-wannabe Pelosi disconsolately went back to sucking up everything in sight.)

“I know these guys are nervous as hell. I mean, all of their jobs are on the line because Obamacare is the thing making the biggest political waves lately. It’s a nightmare,” Denis whined.

================================================

WATTA RELIEF--DEMOCRATS COME UP WITH THE ONLY WORKABLE SOLUTION Obama recently announced the White House's 2014 Senate strategy: "Keep Obama away." The extensive midterm campaign strategy is built around one unavoidable fact: Hardly any candidates in the most competitive states want President Barack Obama anywhere near them on the campaign trail.

Don't you believe it.

The Demagogics will avoid talking about Obamacare, and will have the full cooperation of the partisan media shills (PMS) who will literally never bring up whether a Demwit voted for it in their "news coverage". The Pubbies need to attack Zero's multiple failures in the economic arena, on his tax hikes (which includes Obamacare), his attacks on nearly ALL US industries (the exceptions being the money-laundering operations euphemistically called green industries); the other two avenues of attack are against Zero's and Holder's illegal gun-running operations; Benghazi; and support for every two-bit Islamofascist, in particular the Bro'hood takeover of Egypt and the nuclear bomb programs by the Iranian mullahcracy, and (number three) his constant attacks on the Constitution. Thanks Libloather.
