36 percent would vote for Davis, a University of Texas/Texas Tribune poll found. Seventeen percent of registered voters said they had no opinion. I don't know which is worse - those who'd vote for the Liar, or those who have no opinion :(

IMHO, that 17% is the so called “independent” vote. They are waiting to see who is trending to win before making a decision.
