It's not our job to protect the world. Getting involved in World War I was one of the biggest mistakes the country made.
However, it is our job to protect ourselves. The army was using brooms to train with as “rifles” right before Pearl Harbor. Here we go again.
I have a similar reaction,
the army is mainly for large scale land wars and the GWB wars as well as Obama’s Afghanistan actions have turned Americans more isolationist than ever.
Land invasions are out.
More-so I don’t trust either party myself on it.

Probably all the other families will line up against us. But, it's alright. These things have to happen once every ten years or so...gets rid of the bad blood. You gotta stop 'em at the beginning. Like they shoulda stopped Hitler at Munich, they shoulda never let him get away with that, they were just asking for big trouble...
