BOSTON,—The family of Justina Pelletier was emotionally distraught after a judge sentenced their sick daughter to the foster care system without access to her previous medical care. Justina is at the center of a legal battle between the Pelletier family and Boston Children’s Hospital over custody and proper medical treatment.
Attorney Mat Staver of Liberty Counsel filed a motion for pro hac vice to represent the Pelletiers, but the judge took the rare move of allowing the Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) to respond to the motion, effectively denying the specialist attorney from arguing in the hearing.
To keep the case under wraps, the judge ordered media to leave the courtroom and took the unconscionable step of transferring Justina’s custody to the foster care system, where she will not have access to treatment for her mitochondrial disease. Her family is deeply concerned for her life and safety.
Boston Children’s Hospital performed a controversial medical-legal maneuver colloquially called a “parent-ectomy” last year, seizing custody of Justina after disagreeing with her parents and physicians at Tufts Medical Center about her diagnosis and treatment. Since losing custody, Justina’s condition has steeply deteriorated.
After receiving the judge’s shocking decision today, the Pelletier family was heartbroken and distraught at Justina’s plight. Justina’s mom, Linda fainted in the courthouse hallway and had to be taken by ambulance for care.
“I was nearby when Linda collapsed, and it was heartbreaking,” relayed Keith Mason, Personhood USA President. “No parent should suffer as the Pelletiers are suffering. Knowing that their daughter will be cruelly and intentionally transferred to a facility that is unable to care for her medical needs is devastating.”

I listen 3-4 times a week until last couple weeks, coincidently Kuhner’s been taking this up much over this time as he just stated tweets emails have been huge on same subject over these past two weeks...
Have to agree, I think it is getting to be the same everywhere; after all, the state knows best!
As a witness trying to tell the whole truth I was found in contempt by an arrogant senile judge who thought he was the almighty and had missed his morning nap and Irish Coffee.
Children's Services in many states often due to gross incompetence harm more children than they ever help and Truth of what actually happen be damned and for that matter also the welfare of the child. Many caseworkers {not all} are Village Idiot Liberal Idealist with Zero parenting experience. The good ones don't hang around long usually.

I was actually thinking in harsher terms. As a matter of fact, going after the juidges family wouldn’t seem too extreme to me since he seems to think that the destruction of the family is perfectly OK.
We were real SUCKERS to fall for that stuff...
And as for Those power hungry judges...they seem to always choose the controversial decision over the right one....as we all know, its the squeaky wheel that gets the attention....

The city of Boston and people who love there are getting just what they deserve, fascist rule.
Many people and this includes children will die needlessly at the hands of our fascist leaders.
I say it is a sad thing for these two parents, but they should have seen this coming and moved out of state.

One thing people should realize is that a lot of pediatricians are as much the thug as CPS social workers. National pediatrics groups are very left wing and consider parents to be a nuisance at best.
Your local “Children’s Hospital” is typically loaded with this type of arrogance. They can and will destroy you on a whim or when their egos dictate.
As I read a little more about this story I got a little thought in the back of my mind wondering if this might be the case.
I read something last week (The Blaze or somewhere, I can't find it right now) that all their children seem to have a bunch of obscure medical issues. This does not mean they are not true but I now have a few doubts.
So the courts will allow a mother to transfer the brain-dead, rapidly deteriorating corpse of her daughter (Jahai) to a different medical facility to receive long-term care when there is NO HOPE of recovery, but the courts won’t allow these parents to transfer a living, breathing, girl with a functioning brain to a facility for standard medical treatment.
In what universe is this logical?
Remember the English nanny that got railroaded in Boston? She was accused of killing the 9 month old child she was caring for. The child’s parents were physicians and the full-force of the medical staff at Boston Children’s Hospital were involved in the blaming and railroading of the nanny. One of the docs claimed the injuries were consistent with being thrown from a second floor. IIRC they covered up evidence that the injuries were old injuries from before the nanny worked there. Loony left physicians there. Lots of shrinks looking for child abuse.
An older sister has been diagnosed with the same disease, which some doctors believe is genetic. I don’t believe the state is claiming Munchausen, becuase she is getting worse under their care, but rather that she has a psychiatric disorder and is making herself sick.
I have not seen the claim either but I just got a tiny thought in the back of my head when I read about all the illnesses of their other children. Maybe it was more a passing thought.
After reading more about this situation I am still thinking the State and the Hospital did more than overstep their bounds. I read about the psychiatric aspect and really think that it is a lie used to take control of the little girl. Like all leftists they will not back down or admit they are wrong and would rather the girl die than admit their mistake. Then again, I am inclined to think this is not a mistake and they are using this family to set in place even more draconian State control over family and parental rights.
One article I read last night described how the parents’ visitation was limited after the mother was found with needles laying out.
Her response was that it was for her diabetes and didnt think that was a problem.
So clearly they have decided Mom has that disorder.
It seems Justina should be improving if they are correct.
What is happening to this family is wretched, criminal, and beyond the pail. As I said, if it were my daughter, I would have either already taken her...by force of arms if necessary...and gotten he care she needs. Or, I would be dead.
There is something happening with this case...behind the scenes...that is more horrible than we know. I do not know what it is...but I can feel it. Something is going on with the persecution of this family and the taking of their daughter from them, and denying her the care she needs and which has been proscribed by other hospitals and medical professionals.
Somehow, for whatever reason, they are making an abject example of these people and showing that they can take children at will and then allow them to die a long, slow, suffering death without the parents being able to do anything about it.
It is evil...at its root it is Satanic...and it is being perpetrated in this nation, which was founded upon unlaienable rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness. All of them are being denied this teenage girl.
Dear Father in Heave. Dear God above! Please, help this family. Dear Father, raise up a champion for them who will get their child back and bring down a just recompense and punishment for these wholly evil people.
