Obama administration wants to hold onto NSA phone data for longer, citing lawsuits

The Obama administration has asked the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court (FISA) to give it more time to hold onto phone data captured by the National Security Agency.

They need to keep all of the data at least through the general election in November. It’s too early to tell who Holder’s People might need to blackmail.
