I was surprised when I first got there to see so many churches open for business. I don't remember any Protestant churces being active, and the Mormons met among themselves. There is still a minute Jewish community there too. There is more religious freedom in Cuba than there is in Saudi Arabia, where we could only hold our services in embassies.
