I think a privately owned business should be able to refuse service to anyone they want, and to employ whomever they want and establish their own policies. If they are that bad, the free market would take care of it.
Worst part is, our GOPE leadership really believe they are dealing with rational people who have an equal respect for our Constitution and our Republic! They just cannot be that dumb!

The Revolution started over just such an incursion. True, that one threatened what eventually became the Second Amendment, while this threatens the First. But the point is, in both cases a fed-up citizenry took up arms against a tyrant.

They are getting close to the end of their 60 year Long March through America's political, cultural and economic Institutions, so they are feeling confident enough to cast off the sheep's clothing they have been wearing to disguise the fact , in truth, they are actually ravenous wolves who have been patiently building their lists of people destined for the Gulags and re education camps.
They have much, much more planned than just jail for the the hated enemies who have the insolence to disagree with them and they are dropping their guards and beginning to care less whether ordinary Americans know their true intentions

Well I think it should be made law anyone who disagrees with Colmes that they should be REQUIRED to haul off and punch him hard in the mouth. Their requirement to punch him in disagreement should outweigh his personal and professional freedoms as well as all protections under the Constitution. /sarcasm
I say hanging is appropriate for liberal’s who claim tolerance and aren’t.
This of course is a way of "denying business" to others. I never had an issue with the practice, I am a firm believe in free enterprise.
The issue isn’t about not serving gays! It is about not providing a SERVICE that is against their religion! Why can’t anyone understand this? If the same person came in asking for donuts, I don’t thing there would be an issue at all. But forcing someone to provide a service they don’t provide is another thing. I wouldn’t expect a Jewish, Hindu or Muslim bakery to do first holy communion cakes! I mean some of them might not care, but I wouldn’t expect it! Some bakeries might not do any religious cakes....again their right to do so. This is nuts.
If Arizona were smart, they’d pass a law that was word for word exactly the first part of the 13th amendment and let the left go crazy.
I have some questions: does this left wing degenerate still have his natural teeth? If he still has his natural teeth, then why? Would he be cuter as a “Tar Baby?” Would he fit on a rail? Would feathers help protect him from the rain? I still maintain that Fox is left wing under the guise of “Fair and Balanced.” Fox allows every left wing idiot, white or black, to express their talking points, and/or agenda.

Far better looking than I would have anticipated for Colmes mate.
My attitude is that there’s an easy way out of this that avoids a legal fight.
Christian cake makers should simply say, up front, that they’ll be more than happy to create the wedding cake. But every penny of the profit will be donated to a Christian organization dedicated to counseling homosexuals back into being heterosexuals.
The issue will immediately solve itself.
