Senate Dems Won't Produce a Budget This Year ('Do nothing' Dingy)
Weekly Standard ^ | 2/28/14 | DANIEL HALPER

A Capitol Hill source source says that Senate Democrats will not produce a budget this year. The news is expected to come from Senator Patty Murray's office at 3 p.m. today, as part of a Friday afternoon news dump. Murray is chairman of the Senate Budget Committee.

Senator Jeff Sessions from Alabama released this statement. "Senate Democrats are required by law to produce a budget," wrote Sessions.

"Our nation is in enormous financial distress, and workers and families are suffering. Senate Democrats have produced only one budget in the last five years. This Senate and, more importantly, the American public, deserve to see a detailed ten-year financial plan to contain our dangerously rising debt and revitalize our dismal economy."

Does that mean they’re not going to spend any of our hard earned money?

Can we file charges of not following their oath of office to uphold the constitution?

It’s ok, Obama is going to go around congress
on the budget and anything else he wants.

Obama was heard to mutter, “There’s not even
a smidgeon of a budget”.

Also something about,
“It’s a budget, when I say it’s a budget!”.
Including,” If you like your senate, you can keep it”.

Even the taking of your money will not give you standing to sue the government for failing to publish a budget of how they plan to spend it.

The courts will argue that since the taxes were going to be taken anyway, you were not "harmed" by the failure to produce a budget.

How about a “contempt” ruling for failure to perform their sworn duty.

The good news is, if the Republicans retake the Senate in 2014, the media will make sure a budget gets passed.

Well, it is an election year, after all. They can’t expose themselves, can they.

That’s a nice statement by Sen. Sessions. Unfortunately, no one seems to care except Conservatives. NOT a good thing.

These criminals sound like parrots when anyone attacks the Abominable Health Care Act by squawking...

Can't stop it, IT'S THE LAW~!
SQUAWK!!

Can't change it, IT'S THE LAW!
SQUAWK!!

Can't repeal it, IT'S THE LAW!!
SQUAWK!!

Guess what?

PASSING A TIMELY BUDGET EACH YEAR IS ALSO A FREAKIN' LAW!

And has been one, a lot longer than the Abominable Care Act.
