Snow expected today and Monday.
It’s 24 now and could get into the single digits by Monday.
Be careful on the slippery stuff.
Dealing with some icy conditions this morning. Some places without power for a few minutes at a time.
Numerous wrecks on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike. My cousin had to follow her niece back from Norman. She was sliding all over the road from Chickasha to Marlow.
Not the best of conditions this morning.

Not one, but TWO Ed Hardy Backpacks, New With Tags!
Also a hand carved gourd from Peru.
Paid $15.00 each for the bags, and 50 cents for the gourd. IMO, the gourd is a greater treasure, but society would disagree with me!
One is a hand carved and signed piece of folk art, the other is a mass-produced item made in China based upon the copyrighted works of a Designer tattoo Artist.
Guess which Item will sell right away for the biggest profit.

1. Fine, thanks. Here in California the rain is coming.
We get the usual "flood" footage from the archives of the meterologists--WEATHERMAN. That is just to fill their 10 minutes of air time.
2. There is still time for the COLD to grab hold up there.
I remember that during another "drought" year one POMPOUS weatherman here in California said that in March: "It will have to rain in BIBLICAL proportions for the drought to be over."
Well, it DID!! :o) THANK YOU, Lord, for BOTH the rain and the pompous weatherman's pomposity.

Ours is sinking fast...... colder and colder by the hour!

Good afternoon and (((HUGS)) ladies. It was 70 when I got up this morning. I saw a foursome of golfers on the tee box in shorts and tee shirts. Bet they quit after the front nine.
It was 42 when I left for church at 8:45 and it was 37 when I left church at 12:30. The official location closest to us shows 36 as the current temp with a fairly strong north wind and drizzle.
Having icy conditions is horrible. If everyone would just go slow it would still be a huge problem, but not as bad. There is always someone who thinks they have no problems and end up making problems for others.

Jerry has healed from the bike accident, thank God!
Today we had to meet in a very small room in an “early Release “ compound, as the Post was in use for the Ladies Aux. Because of the smallness of the “conference room” there was no band, only me on acoustic guitar, but some “neighbors” wandered into the service and were blessed by it. So there was a good reason this happened, and I wouldn’t have it any other way but God’s Way! :-)
