Putin has won—now he may well be planning the May Victory Party and parade in Moscow. He has the Criema now now, the land link to Russia is coming, but will he take the rest of the nation? The T-90s are warming up their engines, the Mig -34’s are on the tarmac. Ukraine would be best to stand down at the moment and work on a treaty.
