So I guess the Ukrainians are so certain that Obama will execute his Treaty responsibilities to provide for the Ukraine's defense against Russia, A treaty negotiated and ratified by no less than Bill Clinton, that they are not putting up what would be a futile fight that would destroy much of the country since they would have to go it alone without American support.
