Rep. Darrell Issa doesn’t know what he’s talking about, the attorney for former IRS official Lois Lerner said Sunday.
Issa, the California Republican who chairs the House Oversight and Reform Committee, told “Fox News Sunday” that Lerner, the former head of the IRS tax-exempt division, would testify before his committee Wednesday, which he said he had been told by her attorney.
That attorney, William W. Taylor, said Issa is wrong.

Make her read the entire 70,000 pages of the tax code to the American people.
Then have her explain it.
Then hang her.
Has Issa and Upton ever been seen in a room together?
Upton is just like him, profusely apologetic about incandescent light bulbs... promising to right the wrong... yet, here we still are banning them.
Issa is starting to look like an alcoholic dad sitting on the couch yelling at two bratty sons fighting, over and over, and never actually getting off the couch to do something about it.
The problem isn't that he's from California--his district, stretching eastward from Oceanside into rural San Diego and Riverside Counties is as "red" as a tail light. However, it seems he may have caught Potomac fever. This is a malady, probably caused by Potomac mosquitos, which causes politicians who sell themselves to their constituents as conservatives to start going soft.

Congressman Dan Benishek said he was all over this when I called him when it first broke. So far I have seen nothing but That stuff that falls behind bulls from him. He is less than worthless.
This arrogant marxist needs to be in jail.

If she gets on the same plane, train, bus, ferry, etc. I'm on, I'm getting off and taking the next one.
Issa hearings produce nothing.
Whether she testifies or not...Lerner is a marked woman, as far as Obama is concerned. She will meet with some “accident” in the near future, or suffer some strange disease, or something. Just throwing her under the bus will not be enough.

Makes me wonder. Don’t issue pubic orders that you cannot enforce. I certainly hope he didn’t just expect her to comply because of a measly subpoena. Obama’s gang only has respect for laws they create as they create these laws. Do not expect this Thug-O-cracy to show anything we recognize as honor if it is not to their advantage. It thought all this had been made clear after Holder refused to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation.
It's really odd. Somebody lied or somebody really screwed up in putting out information somewhere along the line.
But I found it hard to believe when I heard that she would testify without immunity and tell all she knows. The only way I could believe it was she planned a massive case of amnesia and good sprinking of lies that could not be easlily refuted.
