HERCULES, Calif. —
A transgender student at Hercules Middle/High School was sexually assaulted in a school bathroom Monday morning in what police are investigating as a hate crime, according to police.
The assault was reported at 11:06 a.m. in a boy's bathroom on the high school side of campus, located at 1900 Refugio Valley Road, police spokeswoman Detective Connie Van Putten said.
The victim, a 15-year-old student who police said identifies as a transgender male, was leaving the bathroom when three other students confronted him.
The students physically and sexually assaulted the victim in a handicap stall, Van Putten said. He was taken to a hospital and his parents were notified of the attack.

From the story, it appears to be a girl. What was she doing in the boys’ restroom in the first place?
Assault is wrong. BUT, does this really surprise anyone?
When you see “transgendered” think opposite to what follows. A transgendered woman is a man and likewise a transgendered man is a woman.
Anyone else have trouble with that?
Translation: A girl went into the boy's bathroom and they molested her.

It’s not a “hate” crime. They didn’t assault her for masquerading as a male. They assaulted HER because she’s FEMALE and thought stupidly thought that SHE would be safe in a MALE bathroom where SHE doesn’t belong.
Is a “transgender male” initially a male or a female?
I thought in this ultra-sexed culture of ours it’s all well and good to get it on where ever and when ever you feel like it.

The article also describes a “transgender female” (read: a boy pretending to be a girl) fighting with three males last year.
Who needs some assault are the boob parents who put up with or promote this crap.
Since it is of undermined physical sex, would that not be more correct and give readers a more accurate idea of what was going on?
