There are so many things wrong with this statement.
1. Not all of Ukraine wants to “extract” itself from Russia. 2. We don’t have a Billion dollars to give to anyone for any reason. We are broke.
3. If we are going to borrow and spend money we can never repay, how about we use it to help our own people!
