CINCINNATI -- Fans of Chipotle may soon have to say goodbye to their beloved guacamole, the company said in its latest annual report.

The Mexican fast food chain announced in recent Securities and Exchange Commission filings it could temporarily suspend sales of guacamole and some salsas due to an increase in food costs.

Those increases are being caused by global warming, the Denver-based chain said.

What? The more sun you have, the better the Avocados and Tomatoes like it. I guess when you are a “Mexican Restaurant Chain” headquartered in Colorado, it’s like the Picante Sauce that’s “made in Neew York Citeee.”

Its a better excuse, and PR, than telling the sheeple the simple truth that it will cost them 50% more due to lack of supply of avocados

Doesn’t guacamole cause a greenhouse gas after being consumed?

It makes sense that they would discontinue it.

Here’s their nutrition info. I didn’t see MSG.

I tried Chipotle once or twice, but wasn’t a fan because cilantro is in all the rice. Cilantro tastes soapy to me and there’s no way to get rice there without cilantro.

Sadly the price of water has been rising for many years forcing growers in Fallbrook,CA., home of the avocado highway, to let groves die left and right. Amnd then there was the horrendous fire that that consumed many acres of trees

Chipotle is a liberal owned business so its no surprise they follow the socialist mindset and do their part in supporting the false global warming phenomenon. All the regulations and green industries that sprout from it create a great regulatory fee windfall for the feds so they are going to ride this horse as long as they can.

This is completely due to California refusing to increase the watershed. A few years back farmers started stumping Avocado trees. I remember this because I about cried when they did it. The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California has had these farmer’s Avocados in a vise for many years. They have diverted the water from agriculture to the cities and also jacked up the agriculture water prices. But, Hey, California needs a bullet train more than new watershed.

Here’s an old article on Rolling Stumping

Chipotle prides itself on progressive policies such as buying locally, supporting sustainability, going green generally. It figures they would try to use global warming as a tool to justify dropping a product that must be getting too expensive for their clientele.

Seriously, can anyone tell me the source of earth’s atmospheric temperature date that have so many people absolutely convinced that we are experiencing a major and worsening warming phenomenon?
A whole heap of mathematical models (73) show this, but all of them are utterly negated by a few actual instrumental temperature measurements. See
www.thegwpf.org/epic-fail-73-climate-models-vs-observations/
Also Google “Climate Models Produce Too Much Tropical Atmospheric Warming During 1979-2012 .

There used to be this restaurant in Tulsa which served really good Mexican food including Guacamole. It was a huge place with a waterfall and lots of other cool decorations

The last time I was in Tulsa I was going to eat there but my Daughter told me it was closed. It was called “Casa Bonita” I think.

From what I hear, avocados are being used to feed starving populations in Africa. If the people can't afford a complete diet, they could survive on an avocado per day.

Communities are being taught to plant and cultivate avocado trees as a new source of staple food sustenance.

One would think that Chipotle would want to be a part of that.
