The last time a leaked phone call out of Ukraine was released about a month ago ostensibly by the Russian NSA equivalent, one between US assistant sec state Victoria Nuland and the US envoy to the Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt, it was revealed that the real puppet masters behind the Maidan movement, and the true instigators of the Ukraine "revolution" were none other than the "developed" world superpowers, lead by the US.

I don’t know the full details. However, in post-soviet states like Ukraine, private gun ownership is basically banned. Thus, this scenario would require illegal importation of guns past Ukrainian security. Not to say that it isn’t possible, but I have my doubts that the Maidan people would have access to guns, and would also be trained snipers,
Anyone, who defends anything this administration does or backs them when they deny their lies is either stupid or a paid troll.
We have seen how their lies have subverted Libya and killed innocent Americans in Benghazi.
They got caught in trying back the Muslim brotherhood in Egypt.
Later they tried to back the al queda killers in Syria and wanted a so called limited war.

It shows that Paet is relaying what one protester he talked to told him. This propaganda piece attributes that claim to Paet.
It is coming up with an article quote:
“the protesters killed themselves”, says the minister
from a full phrase “I talked to one girl who thinks the protesters killed themselves”
That transcript reads to me like someone who starts blathering about UFOs and the other person is just humoring them. The “Gosh” is the giveaway.

The tape between US assistant sec state Victoria Nuland and the US envoy to the Ukraine, Geoffrey Pyatt may have been leaked by Russia but it was real.
That’s why I allowed the possibility that Olga was a Russian plant, in which case it would be propaganda or, really, disinformation. The thing is Estonia is very anti-Russian, and the Estonian Foreign Minister credited her testimony, even though it’s very much in line with Putins’ position.
The Ukes did it or didn’t do it!!! Did they?
To paraphrase “the rest of the story” from StratFor, a respected for fee biz/gov intelligence service to which I subscribe which has copyright threats all over the place:
1. The story was originally released by Russia Times as we know....can you say Pravda? Tass maybe?
2. The conversation was real and intercepted by somebody’s NSA equivalent.....wonder whose since it was released by RT?
3. Estonian Foreign Minister Urmas Paet was indeed on a phone call with EU foreign affairs chief Catherine Ashton on Feb 26 after his return from Kiev.
4. The Estonian Foreign Ministry Paet authenticated the phone call in a statement released by his office. Paet said through his office statement that he was merely relating what he had heard BUT REJECTED “the claim that Paet was giving an assessment of the opposition’s involvement in the violence.”
In other words, Paet was relating hearsay, gossip, water cooler talk, unsubstantiated rumors, etc. (called in the diplomatic biz “bullshite”) and it was taken out of context and twisted/used for propaganda purposes by RT aka....typical Ruskie trickery and obfuscation.
As opposed to typical EU or US trickery and obfuscation which I am sure is out there.
Katyn Forest Massacre anyone? Those pesky Nazi’s, or maybe not. WMD’s? Those pesky Iraqi’s....or not.
This leak smells like the NBC Zimmerman 911 tapes re-edit scam all over again. Heck, they may accuse Zimmerman of being the shooter soon.
Now I would be impressed, and not even surprised, probably grateful even, if someone released a smoking gun tape (pun intended) that had Soros conspiring to do it.
Here-say or not, it was spoken, so we must assume that it is possible. And knowing the US government like we know the US government now, (NSA Spying, IRS Political Targeting, Supporting the Muslim Brotherhood, Using Islamic Terrorists in Syria, Obama Negating the Law Forbidding the US to Give Aid to Terrorist, etc.). We must assume that the US government is at least capable of doing this.
European diplomats are commenting on hearsay, it’s not a smoking gun.
The real story is that they can’t protect their phone lines from the Russians if their lives depended on it.
