Obama Gives Health Plans Added Two-Year Reprieve Plans That Don't Meet ACA Rules Could Stay in Place Through 2016 By Louise Radnofsky March 5, 2014 4:15 p.m. ET

The Obama administration announced Wednesday that consumers can keep insurance plans that don't comply with the federal health law for another two years, pushing a potential firestorm over cancellations until after midterm elections.

Previously, some consumers could keep insurance plans that didn't comply with the Affordable Care Act until roughly the end of this year, as long as their state regulators and insurance company allowed it.

At some point the insurers are going to start bailing on him.

Obama is King, he can do whatever he likes.

Just ask anyone in the Mainstream media about this.

When does it end?

It ends when “Benghazi Coverup” Boehner Impeaches B. Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, a legal citizen of the sovereign Nation of Indonesia.

Until then the Boy-Toy Dictator Soetoro-Obama will be free to do whatever he wants to do.

If I were an employer or an insurer, and wanted to coordinate with this new animal called Obamacare, I would be very confused and frustrated. Anyway you look at this, it’s a mess that we all see coming. For some, the mess is now at their doorstep, with doctors rejecting their slow payment Government insurance. I guess soon Obama will penalize the doctors for having the temerity to reject O-Care, what he considers as his Crown Jewel, NOT.

Yes, they must be genuinely confused as to what to do and what’s coming.

I suspect most have already gone down the prior designated road, which cost them a lot of time and money, and they won’t be turning back to reinstate anything.

“At some point the insurers are going to start bailing on him.”

I thought so too. But, apparently, he has guaranteed they won’t lose any money. What they lose will be made up for by taxpayer subsidies. (That’s my understanding.) The insurers have no motivation not to play along. If not for this guarantee they’d probably have bailed a year ago.

If the GOP takes the Senate this Fall, then Obama’s ability to deliver the promised money to the insurers becomes very tenuous.

THEN you will start to see them bail.
Possibly even before if they lose confidence that he can
actually deliver.

This is why getting the senate majority next year is critical. All the GOP has to do, with control of both chambers, is zero out funding for the risk corridors and tie it to the debt extension bill.

No risk corridor, no more insurance company participation.

Obama cannot win that fight. The public is 80% w the GOP on the debt limit and the insurance bailout.

Yes, Praise God, we have a winner. You get it.

And the insurers go along, it seems, because they figure the short term gains are enough to justify the ultimate chloroforming of their industry. Anyone paying attention knows the political class wants a single payer system. That will effectively nuke the health insurance industry.

So, the only reasonable conclusion is those at the top of the health insurance industry feel they’ll be enriched enough that when the health insurance industry is terminated, they’ll be ok.

This MONKEYING (yes, I said it) around with the law for political reasons will end right after Nov 2016 at the latest, and probably right after the 2014 elections, because there will be no more elections that affect Obama after that.

Do not hold your breath waiting on Weeper of the House, John Boehner to do his Sworn Duty to support and defend the Constitution. That’s not going to happen.

“I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God.”

Mr. Boehner (and others in Congress) is guilty of DERELICTION OF DUTY if we are to be at all honest about it.
