Stockholm (AFP) - Sweden said Wednesday it would stop development aid payments to Uganda "because of the anti-gay legislation" passed in late February.
"The government reaffirms its strong condemnation of the Ugandan legislation that violates the fundamental rights of homosexuals, bisexuals and transgender people," Minister for International Development Cooperation Hillevi Engstroem said.
"Swedish aid is not unconditional. That's why the government has decided to withhold state-to-state payments," she added without specifying the amount involved.

Why the Hell is anyone giving Uganda aide in the first place? Its all going right back into some general’s Swiss bank account.
Though they are not contiguous, I wish that Uganda would join with Angola and outlaw Islam.
Importantly, Angola only had a tiny number of Muslims to begin with, whereas Uganda is about 12% Muslim.
And Nigeria, where Muslims have been murderously troublesome, 10 years ago was majority Muslim, but has now become majority Christian. Elsewhere in Africa, Christianity is making broad gains at the expense of Islam.

It is the easiest way to destroy Western Civilization—the ideology prior to Marx and Darwin. They have to erase Christian Ethics in children to corrupt them and sexualize them, so they will by like all Eastern/non-Western nations and pagans/occultists, just capable of being slaves and addicts of the State.
They can not stand to have the type of mind which created the Age of Reason and men like Abe Lincoln who can use Reason and Logic and are incorruptible. Without Virtue, there is no Freedom (Socrates).
They need people of no morals (homosexuals) who have no principals (people who throw out Reason and Truth (Natural Laws/God) for base instincts and “feelings”) for the NWO.
So, to Swedes, homosexual rights are more important than the survival of starving children. Now we know.
It’s awfully easy for a country to judge another they aren’t the one with many hundreds of thousands of dead due to AIDS... A disease spread most notably by one very specific behavior that they have decided to ban.
Some might say that banning a behavior that has KILLED a large part of the population is a perfectly reasonable action for a government to take. So it’s not smoking. It’s not salt in food. It’s not sugar in soft drinks. It’s not important like that.
Then it must be a bribe.
God help Sweden. He’s already helping Uganda.
