In the same week that the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) intercepted a Gaza-bound shipment of Syrian missiles from Iran, President Barack Obama is asking Congress to reduce U.S. funding for Israel's missile defense programs by $200 million, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

Obama is putting Israel in a bad spot by forcing them to use their own funds for this when that money could be used for other critical Israeli military needs.
Pat, the Pauls, and the Birchites will be happy (as will some people on Free Republic who think all the troubles in the world are caused by the existence of Israel).
