If I was the manager, the NLRB would be the least of their problems. SSS.

Doesn’t the Mafia have a hands off policy towards rival’s children?

Had to have been some really over-the-top thuggery in order to get Obama’s NRLB to come down on them.

Surprised the NLRB is taking a case against the unions especially in the climate of this regime.

What's wrong with this picture? The Big Bad Corporation is fully identified, but the Union Thugs' Mafia Chapter is not?

What's up with that?

I assume Obama’s NLRB will be presenting these picketers with an award at the next NLRB conference. And maybe hiring them to train future picketers.

And Holder has probably told state AGs that this is one of those laws (making threats) that can be ignored.

I recall in the 70’s and 80’s a small steel plant with which I did business having a Steelworker union and a three year contract. The union liked to go on strike every three years and invariably the plant manager had to move his family because of threats of physical harm. The Union actually did burn down his barn one year, that I know of. The plant continued to operate so the union members would shoot sling shots with ball bearings at non-union employees’ cars as they passed. Also they would drive in front of trucks entering the plant and throw nails twisted like a jack in front causing flat tires. The sheriff’s department you say? They were scared and hid out.

The nlrb was an equal opportunity accuser:

“Hooks simultaneously filed charges with the NLRB that United Grain’s initial lockout of ILWU workers last February didn’t meet standards by allegedly failing to offer conditions that Local 4 could meet to avoid the lockout.”

That sounds like standard operating procedure for union thugs.

I was cornered and threatened by two union thugs when I was a teen, just one month older than the minimum to work legally. They informed me that I would get hurt if I didn’t join the union, which guaranteed minimum wage in return for nearly half of what I would have earned at that summer job.

I have had an absolute hatred for unions ever since, and I will not hire union members, negotiate with unions, or buy anything with the union label.

the International Longshore and Warehouse Union (ILWU) in Feb. 2013, after months of “fruitless negotiations” and allegations that a union member sabotaged company equipment, spawning the escalating fight. In a filing with the NLRB last week, National Labor Relations Board regional director Ronald Hooks accused the longshoremen of a laundry list of violent and dangerous tactics.

I'm not shocked this is about the longshoremen's union...

They give the Mafia a good name...

I know if someone threatened to rape my daughter...it would be the last thing he ever thought about doing...hard to think without your brain since it would be spattered against the wall...

Actually they do in some areas. Not in others. But they don’t deal with children or families.

It’s always seemed to me that unions are exactly like the folks that they’re “supposed” to be protecting you FROM!

They are the folks they are protecting you from, and protection rackets disgust me.

“Nice business/family you’ve got there. It would be a shame if anything happened to change that.”
