Might be a good fit.
The whiner. BOO HOO!
(Well, it is the NFL and it is San Francisco, right? Right!)
On the negative side, Martin never lived up to expectations at Miami.
Also, several NFL scouts and GM’s have said that they were concerned about Martin's lack of toughness BEFORE he was drafted, and they felt that Martin was drafted way too high.

Relax about Gabbert. If he has any potential to play QB Harbaugh will turn him into a starter. Look at what he did with Alex.
Besides that, no one in Miami knew that Martin had psychological issues at Stanford, too, before he was drafted.
It would be interesting to find out if Harbaugh knew that, and if he told his own brother, Baltimore coach John Harbaugh.
As far as I know, Martin has not filed a lawsuit against the Dolphins, but the Dolphins did pay him his entire 2013 salary.
I'm guessing Martin won't sue, because the Dolphins can claim that he withheld material information before signing his contract.
Yeah, that's another mystery.
The 49ers gave up a 6th Round choice for him.
He took 40 sacks his rookie year.
Maybe Harbaugh wants to see what the guy can do behind a good O-Line?
I would gamble on Tim Tebow before I'd gamble on Gabbert.
And I wouldn't give up more than a 7th Round pick for either one of them.
I didn’t think Martin would be staying on that other team, too many bridges burned, too much dirty laundry aired for the entertainment of the public. Harbaugh may be able to work with him though. I get the impression, Harbaugh would not let the preceived bullying spin so far out of control before he stepped in to bring order. The other coach expected his players to maintain their own rules of the pecking order.
Maybe Martin is not the bad guy here.

“Miami Dolphins left guard Richie Incognito was admitted to a psychiatric care facility in Arizona on Thursday night, per a report by TMZ that was confirmed by NFL.com’s Jeff Darlington.”
