What's the difference? This POS legislation was fraudulently forced into law, anyway!

"We have no plans to extend the open enrollment period," HHS official Julie Bataille said. "In fact, we don't actually have the statutory authority to extend the open enrollment period in 2014." True Orwellian speak! In other words... "We only have the statutory authority to do what WE WANT TO DO (for the "Good of the Party"!!!!!

Draft and pass a ‘law’ through congress.
Declare yourself King and change parts of it that reflect bad on your party until after an election.
Yes, this is the NEW US Government... supported, funded and protected by the US Media.
I can ony imagine the shitstorm that would be happening if a Republican president did this.

The IRS isn't going to get away with breaking the law and either would HHS.
Nice HHS realized that truth.
Contrary to what liberal elites think he United States is NOT run by a dictator, We're a country of laws.

“””””obama lacks statutory authority to change any part of the law.”””””
What do you mean? He is King. He can create, enforce, or change any law that he sees fit to help his party.
Who is going to stop him? He knows the media will never report anything negative. Who is going to call him out on it? Media?
And nobody will challenge him less they be called RACIST.
His race has got him this far in life and his race will allow him to do whatever he wants. No guilty white person will dare disparage the One. Guilty whites will watch the country burn before they dare say whats right before their eyes.

I thought they might point to some obscure regulation allowing modification of dates, etc. Apparently there is none which is very interesting and could bite them in court.

Obama has made more than 20 changes to Obamacare without approval from Congress, which is illegal.Or stated another way, the only changes to Obamacare are the ones Obama wanted to happen. The HOR voted lots, but did nothing.
The problem was that the RINOs let the DC crowd and the RINOs spin "shutting down the gov" as a minus with the American people when it was the way to end Obamacare.

"We have no plans to extend the open enrollment period,"
They will extend it about March 29 or 30.
They need it extended -- for political reasons -- RE: Jolly election in Florida.
All they need is for Obama to wave his magic wand and, wallah!, extension.

People in DC know which way the wind is blowing. Did you see the election yesterday? The one democrats were suppose to win?
Not to mix metaphors but the tide has turned.

I wish I could be so optimistic. I remember all of the “we got him now” times during all of the Clinton regime scandals. Nothing ever happened and GOP won in a landslide in ‘94.
I would like to think it wasn’t just another day.
