... She called Jolly to congratulate him.

What is more noticeable is how ALONE she is up on stage...no one, not Debbie Blabbermouth Schmuck, not Charlie Chameleon Crist, not even a LOCAL Democrat party apparatchik would stand with Alex in her loss. Only some kids.....
Yeah, that Democrat party....really there for ya.....
The most notable line is where she says, "...although we're disappointed, the bars are open...let's enjoy our friendship..."
The soft hearted part of me feels empathy for her, having worked hard to achieve something only to fall short...but then again, she is a pro-infanticide, pro-sodomy, pro-welfare state "belle" with a southern accent.
So while I can empathize with her pain of loss, I am delighted she is not around to cram her perverted agenda down our throat.
Sink be sunk....
RE: [”The bars are open...”]
Drinks on me !!
And why the heck would a woman call herself “Alex”?
The November is not gonna be a wave election....it's gonna be a TIDAL wave..
i’ll drink to that
Eh, short for Alexandria. People are lazy.
Never, EVER, underestimate the cowardice, stupidity, and venality of Republicans.
Sink is just another professional democrat candidate.
One who will just keep running for office until she finds one she can win and manages to get a lock on the government teat.
Maybe she should run for deputy sheriff in Mt. Airy, NC.
I am guessing you listen to “The Schnitt Show” or have heard the song they made about Charlie Crist, “Charlie Chameleon” a parody sung to the music of Boy George’s hit song, “Karma Chameleon”
Drinks on me !!
Don't forget - she's a democrat.
So the call will be:
"Drinks on me !! I'm buying with your money!!"
Geez, dude...can’t we just enjoy it for ONE day?
LOL! No, I have heard Schmitt before, but no, I have NOT heard that....fits Charlie well, though!
RE: Eh, short for Alexandria. People are lazy.
Her full name is Adelaide Alexander “Alex” Sink (Not Alexandra, ALEXANDER ).
In fact, I think the Jolly campaign even offered to pay the cost of the detour for King Obama to stop by and campaign for Sink.
Okay, fair enough, you got a point. The bar is open.
We don’t need any more leftist fascists aroun heah...
We’s workin out butts off to retire Kay Hagan. Danged sure don’t need any more of ‘em....poppin up like whack a mole heads...
Not so fast. She & her ilk will be back. Just because she comes off with talk thats crazy to any ordinary, right-thinking person, doesnt mean theyre done. Ever since Edward R. Murrow brought cultural communist Herbert Marcuse to this country from the Frankfurt School to corrupt 3 generations of university campuses, weve tended to dismiss what progressives have been coming off with as crazy talk. But before they can start a Spain 1936-type civil war and begin to liquidate the right-thinking people standing in harms way, they must first marginalize them as subhuman non-persons; they were just warming up on the innocent unborn. No, when Chris Matthews doesnt say something alone in the forest for 20 seconds, it isnt still stupid, youve got to listen very carefully to what the crazies are saying, because its only a matter of time before they set up barricades and blood starts flowing in the streets. The whole Obama experience is proof of this, we were initially shocked that they are doing what their college class crazy talk said they would, but lets not be deer in the headlights, by all means, take them at their word.
She stole that line from her Dear Reader ...0bama declares 'happy hour' with dims ....
Dems and outside groups spent about $8 mill on this campaign. The November, they'll spend about $80k...
And it'll be a cash bar..
Knowing his previous track record, if Obama had stopped in to campaign for Sink, instead of squeaking out a win Jolly would have CRUSHED her.
We dont need any more leftist fascists aroun heah...
She originally belonged to you !!!
My niece’s name is Alexandra, and she was called Alex her whole life
So while I can empathize with her pain of loss, I am delighted she is not around to cram her perverted agenda down our throat."
Adelaide Alexander: Embodying the spirit of androgyny and confusion in the interest of ruling the world.
RE: Adelaide Alexander: Embodying the spirit of androgyny and confusion in the interest of ruling the world.
Note that Obama’s mother was named — STANLEY Ann Dunham.
Do people call her Ann? Or do people call her Stan? :)
Yeah when everybody sees their health insurance premiums skyrocket again. There just are way too few signups for it to be any other way. And many will find out just before the elections.
Democrats should stake their reputations on Obamacare this November just to see what it will do for them.
I wouldn’t want Debbie Wasserman Schmutz at my concession speech either.
Well, it worked in “Flashdance”!
Success has many fathers, failure is an orphan........................
And then, suddenly, it happened. Somewhere deep in the heart of the GOP-e groupthink it dawned on them, Obama and the democrats were, have always been and are most vulnerable on the issue of Obamacare. Having secured this victory into action the GOP-e springs. To work they must get finding a presidential candidate for 2016 who is “electable.” Must get rid of Ted Cruz and his ilk and find someone who can attack the democrats on Obamacare without angering the moderates, someone akin to Mitt Romney who was perfect situated to attack on Romney err Obamacare ummm nevermind. Electable, yes, electable.
But now she’s yours!
The district was always won easily by Young on local and veteran’s issues. The GOP-e did their best to lose it by running only generic national issue advertisement. Jolly was able to win a slim victory because the democrats brought in a candidate from outside the district and also focused on generic national issues. If they had gone with a strong local democrat running on local issues they probably would have won. This goes to show that the democrat party machine can be equally as stupid as the republican party machine so should give some hope. The only thing that they proved themselves better at was voter fraud. While voting I witnessed an elderly DNC get out the vote worker leading a young Vietnamese lady from table to table to vote. She had one hand grasping her arm and the other hand on her should as she lead her around and said she had to help her because she didn’t speak English. Despite the poll worker pointing out that her signature didn’t match her driver’s license signature she was still handed a ballot. The poll worker told the DNC person they couldn’t accompany her to the voting machine so the DNC individual took the ballot, pointed to the bubble the lady had to mark, repeated it several times and then sent her to the machine. The poll workers witnessed this but allowed it to happen. Voter fraud does appear to be a DNC strength but campaign operations don’t appear to be any better than the GOP-e.
I hope you relate that story to the Secretary of State and/or the Attorney General Pam Bondi. If you can provide details of date and time and place, they may open an investigation.
There have been, believe it or not, some voter fraud cases successfully pursued in Florida over the past couple years.
How did you expand my quote like that? Did you use “enhanced meaning” software on my post? ;-)
There’s another reason why Jolly won...Sink is a terrible, no, a gawd-awful candidate. She sucks on the stump. Period. She can’t connect with the voters..and in retail, on the street, press the flesh campaigning...that’s a disaster. In fact, I’d venture to say that she’s worse than Martha Coakley...
Yeah...the “enhanced meaning software” is hard-wired in my cranium.
I can’t wait for Liz to use “Sparkleez”
Thanks Mr. Jolly for taking on the scum that is the MSM/Democratic Party today and defeating them.
That you did it with one 4th the money of the scum machine and little from the R(e) is even more amazing! Good luck in November. I pray for even more guys/gals like you willing to stand up to the LEFT!
OMG-—worse than Martha Coakley? That’s real b-a-a-a-a-d.
I’ll focus on the near term and predict that Alex Sink will keep running for office in Florida. Unlike most GOP candidates, the Dims interpret a loss as merely a temporary set-back, and never a reason to abandon their political ambitions.
I spend a lot of time in Virginia, and this philosophy is on display in our current governor (and Clinton enabler) Terry McAuliffe. When he first ran for governor, he was beaten badly in the Democratic primary and ridiculed as a terrible candidate. In the interim, McAuliffe kept spending money, twisting arms and building a network of supporters across Virginia. Four years later, he was elected in a tight race, thanks in part to a split in the GOP ranks that undermined Ken Cuccinelli’s campaign.
McAuliffe’s margin of victory was small, but he won, and we’re stuck with him for the next four years. There’s something to be said for persistence; I’m certainly glad that Jolly won, but I heard that Sink spent twice as much on the race, and with her access to large amounts of cash, she will be back. Unfortunately, we’re far too willing to write off promising GOP candidates who lose their first race—or run afoul of the GOPe.
Glenn Close’s character in Fatal Attraction was also named Alex.....hmmmmm......
Short for Alexandra?
Most likely she will be right back on the campaign trail in a couple of months for another crack with the mid terms.
