Russian court issues arrest warrant for Ukraine far-right head for terrorism

MOSCOW, March 12 (Reuters) - A Russian court issued an arrest warrant for Ukrainian far-right leader Dmytro Yarosh in absentia on Wednesday on charges of inciting terrorism, a symbolic move in support of Moscow's argument that "extremists" stole power in neighbouring Ukraine.
Russian news agencies said Moscow's Basmanny District Court ruled that Yarosh, one of the most influential leaders of the protest movement which ousted leader Viktor Yanukovich, should be arrested for making "public calls for terrorist and extremist activities via the media".

And this will be one of the excuses they use to send the military into the rest of Ukraine.
So Russia considers all of Ukraine as within its jurisdiction. Not a good sign.

I’m not worried about Ukraine Courts. I am worried about ours as Obama continues to pack them.
The former Easter Block is next, just watch. Oh sure, there are some NATO countries in there. But before you know there will be calls for bits and pieces of it to have “referendums’ on leaving NATO.
Russians courts working to play catch up to American courts.
The United States has been doing this for decades, and it's become destabilizing worldwide.
Since Serbia and Kosovo, Russia has become a quick learner.
Might, and the willingness to use it, makes right.
Ukrainian Army is in shambles and unable to stop Russian invasion. Dmytro Yarosh with his organization is the only force that can potentially cause Russians trouble by unleashing “asymmetric warfare” on them. Of course, they would love to neutralize him.
Icons in Russia and Ukraine are weeping! This is a bad Omen! Weeping statues in Poland and Russia tell of a possible war. As for jurisdiction—didn’t we do that to Russia in trying to get Snoden? There is something going on we do not see. Do I hear the advancing hoofbeats of the four housemen?
If anyone in the US made calls in the media advocating extreme and violent protest activity, they would be arrested. If they were in another country, they wouldn’t be arrested....they’d be droned.
As for the 4 horsemen, the situation certainly has all the right elements.
One thing is for sure - the Obama child will leave his successor one hell of a mess.

Yushchenko and his cronies were using their secret police with the assistance of the Russian intelligence agents to abduct, torture, interrogate, and murder members of the Political oppositon in the Ukraine. Their blatant violations of the Ukrainian constitutions and rule of law incited political resistance and a public effort to restore the rule of law Yushchenko and his Russian sponsors were subverting.

Many in the Ukrainian army will immediately surrender to Russia and start fighting for Moscow once they are offered a paycheck.

CORRECTION. I meant to write Viktor Yanukovych, and not Viktor Yushchenko. My apologies for misspeaking.

Yushchenko was apparently poisoned with dioxin in his dinner by the Ukrainian secret police with the possible involvement of Vikto Yanukovyvh and Putin’s intelligence service/s.

The arrogance of this so called “Russian” court decision should leave no doubt that Putin dreams of the old “Soviet Union” are not dead. What’s next ? Anneximg Estonia ?
Judging by the heroism Ukrainian military shows in Crimea - not that many. The material base is in ruins, but morals are high and civilian support is outstanding due to Russian aggression. I think, Putin expected exactly opposite.
