Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy has denied an emergency request by the National Rifle Association to block enforcement of a California city ordinance that bans gun magazines capable of holding more than 10 bullets.
A court spokesman says Kennedy denied the request without comment.

Large magazines are usually far more needed for defense than to attack someone.

That’s right. Let cities set the 2nd amendment rights. Funny how cities can vote more restrictive laws and can’t vote for more lax ones.
Ya, might come in handy if there is another Rodney King riot. But we can’t be having citizens defending themselves from rioters. Someone might get hurt.
If majority citizens voting to questionably limit 2nd Amendment rights isn’t bad enough, thank to Fx News now all the crooks know about it.

Much ado about nothing.
Judges and justices only issue injunctions in extreme cases where there’s a proven immediate need and impact of severe consequence.
This doesn’t rise to that level. Should the case reach SCOTUS and the 2nd Amendment is upheld, then this is just a temporary inconvienience for gun owners.
Compare/contrast with the real need for injunctions against rulings on gay marriage, where people are being allowed to actually marry, which serves to cement the “right” into both law and practice.
Well, that’s fine, Injustice Kennedy, I don’t need or require your say so to do anything at all.
Your power over me has been revoked.
What the Justice said was bring us a case
In that case, only criminals, 0bama police, and 0bama military will have the big guns. Sounds about right.
There is no Justice Kennedy. There is only a Mister Kennedy.
