Issa Rips CIA Over Feinstein Spying Allegations: 'Treason'

House Oversight Committee Chairman Darrell Issa said he is incensed about allegations the CIA spied on the Senate Intelligence Committee, calling it “treason.”

“I think Senator Feinstein is as outraged as anyone and I share her outrage. I think the violation of the Constitutional separation of powers should be an offense of the highest level—virtually treason,” Issa told Breitbart News on Tuesday.

“Spying on the executive branch—spying on Congress or violating the separation of powers as to the Supreme Court or as to Congress is effectively treason. Treason—it’s written up in the Constitution,” Issa said of Feinstein’s revelations, adding, “I don’t know who gave the orders, but to spy on other branches is in fact a constitutional violation at the level of high crimes and misdemeanors and certainly should cause the removal of anyone involved.”

Sen. Dianne Feinstein (D-CA), Chairman of the Senate Select Intelligence Committee, Tuesday accused the spy agency of secretly examining her committee’s computers and taking documents relating to the CIA’s interrogation methods on terror suspects who were held overseas after the 9/11 attacks.

Gee, it’s okay when it’s just “the little people”.

Precisely what I was thinking. No big deal until it affected them.

I wonder if a President using the IRS to persecute, destroy, and intimidate his political enemies would rise to the same standard?

If not, why not?

“Mr. and Mrs. America —TURN THEM IN...!”

I’m supposed to honor HER tender sensibilities for the CONSTITUTION..?

Yes, I hope the NSA gets smashed, but I haven’t a flicker of doubt that Feinstein would be the whole trumpet section of Da Gummint victory parade in their war on personal freedom...

Feinswine is only upset that the CIA was tracking Dems. I don’t doubt some snot nosed Dem staffer was stealing classified docs Sandy Burglar style and got busted.

So who’s responsible and who’s scalp(s) is Issa going to have mounted on his (currently blank) Trophy Wall?

nah, the IRS only intimidated a total of maybe a couple hundred thousand people - not enough to turn an election - er, wait . . . What?

-- Suddenly, they've found the constitution. --

And right away, misread it. "Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." I don't see anything in there about violating separation of powers infractions, and there are PLENTY of those going around.

It is often treason by the government against the Citizens that gets overlooked.

Technically, constitutional violations by the government can't be treason. But I do agree, trampling the rights of the people is an all-branches sport. The courts cover for the other two branches.

When a crook trusts a crook, one of them will most certainly lose and congress is now realizing they too are expendable for the cause. KARMA!! I surmise that this outing of the CIA along with many other indicators is indicative of a catastrophic false flag occurrence being at our door step. The ruling elite will not sacrifice their current momentum by allowing anything to happen to the fraud until they are finished with him.

So, Darrell, where were you when we found out how much the government spies on the rest of us?

Or does it only matter when they stick their noses into the business of their lords and masters as well as that of the common peasants?

What’s the basis for her accusation? I ask because, y’know, beating on the CIA is an oldie but baddie for the Demagogic Party.

If there’s no basis for her accusations, that is, she’s just talking out of her ass, she should be expelled from the Senate.

This is the part where the Marxists and collaborators panic and duke it out to see who’s spending life in prison.

Reminds me of the Third Reich’s final days. Bunkers and cyanide capsules.

Will Boehner and Reid go to prison to save the skin of an enemy combatant jihadi with a forged BC and 7 stolen SSNs?

Stay tuned!
