“I would say, yes he is. I will never again expect a ruling based on the Constitution from the Supreme Court unless said ruling benefits the Democrat Party. On November 4, 2008 the Constitutional Republic of the United States became a banana republic by the will of the voters.”

So raise your glass to GW Bush. He personally brought all of this down on his country. The people remembered when he said “mission accomplished” and then proceeded to pi$$ away our human treasure and our treasure treasure to the end of his second term. His “team” had no exit strategy, and no strategy to win outright.

I really like the word “excoriated”.

That's some heavy onomatopoeia right there. :)

Did it pass ... or not?

Yes - passed the House.

I'm just SURE it'll have clear sailing through the Senate.

Welcome, newbie.
You sure are enhancing your credibility with irrelevancies.

So what? 0bama will have the impeachment against him for all of history, whether the senate votes to convict or not. And articles can be brought again and again for each of his impeachable offenses and the senate will be forced to deal with them. The shame that’ll be brought against each and every member that fails to convict will follow them for the rest of their days.

These leaders were elected to lead, not to compromise and whimper and make bullshit excuses.

I thought Gowdy was all-in with the amnesty stuff. Sitting in on the meetings, etc. Then, he seemed to change his mind. Which is it?

My gut just says “don’t trust him.” Not because I don’t WANT to — I do. But we’ve seen other TP folks turn on a dime.

That’s what makes this such a stressful election year. Even with TP “credentials”, WHO do we trust?!?!

Wow!
That speech is a keeper!

Has anyone see a written transcript of it?

Ignoring President Barack Obama’s veto threat, the House voted on Wednesday for a bill that would expedite congressional lawsuits against the chief executive for failure to enforce federal laws.

Bread and circus' for the masses. Congress already has the authority to deal with a President who's ignoring, flouting or breaking federal law. It's called IMPEACHMENT.

Problem is John Boehner lacks the BALLS to do his job, so he's hiding behind creating a "law" that he knows will never get signed by the CORRUPT CROOK sitting in the White House.

DO YOUR DAMN' JOB BOEHNER AND START IMPEACHMENT PROCEEDINGS.

Passed in House, will be DOA when it gets to the Senate.

So what?
That is either needlessly defeatist or a deliberate cynical red herring.

If it is absolutely the right thing to do, it follows that it must be pursued repeatedly until the evil is removed. That's an ethical imperative!

How many times was Al Capone indicted and prosecuted until he was permanently retired?
That the supporters and enablers of the evil are permanently stained in the official record of the Republic is simply an added bonus.
They will forever be unable to explain away their ignorance, indifference or willing complicity.

I live near Hilton Head. I wish he’d run for Graham’s Senate seat.

Do you have your buzz words ready/ Haliburton! Cheney! BIG Oil! Very few people even have a concept of W’s Admin because nothing was documented correctly by the MSM. W was okay in my book and eons above Gore. Gore is a little rich kid in Neverland. Kerry drew his Red Line today. Lets see how that works out for this moron who thinks Global Warming is our #1 priority. Obama and the Clown Club. They are all rhieves and stealing $Billions to sock away when everything crashes. By the way, everything is going to crash by design. Look over there. Squirrel!

The congressional Dems gave Zero a standing “O” when he told them he intended to bypass them for the rest of his term so I would not expect them to support Gowdy’s bill.

Nope! Bush played the hand he was dealt. Voted for him both times and I admired his support for our military. Personally, I would have preferred Cheney for president if he had run. No comparison with any of the RATs you mention. But as I see it, Bush, by virtue of his willingness to head up a protracted war, which as all wars since WWII, ultimately turned the electorate against him big time, and opened the door to the Marxists. Those are facts, that are separate from all of the extraneous stuff you wrote. Sure Gore was a worthless jerk. Kerry has been, and is, a disgrace as a human being. Ditto for Obama and Co. But Bush allowed them to succeed, or that’s my conclusion. Have no idea why you make reference to a squirrel. Is that directed at me?
