A ballot measure in Montana that would require an equal number of men and women to serve in the state Legislature is a step closer to getting on the November ballot.
A petition for the measure was approved last Tuesday by the Montana secretary of state's office. The measure would force the Montana Legislature to reconstruct its gender makeup in a 50/50 split. Currently, women now hold 41 of the 150 seats in the Legislature.

Ya, how can this be legal, if people don’t elect the right number of each sex?
Or, will certain legislative seats be labeled as men’s or women’s? So only female candidates are allowed for certain seats, only men for another??
A mandatory outcome is not a free election.

Just total Marxism— “Radical Egalitarianism”-—totalitarian State control to strip people of their Natural instincts and control Worldview of children. This forces irrational concepts that male and female are interchangeable and exactly the same. It is a Lie, like all Marxist “thinking”, which is irrational and evil, since it removes the uniqueness (and Soul) of the Individual. It them of the most important and intimate quality of “self” which determines ‘teleological ends’—their masculinity or femininity.
This is an attempt for “collective” worldview of children-—strip people of identity (male and female-—make them interchangeable—all alike—drones/robots).
The emasculation of men (feminized man) is creating puerile “thinkers” who believe “Up is Down” and are as irrational and emotional as women. It is why they come up with irrational ideas like this-—all Marxism is irrational, because their assumptions are EVIL and outright Lies which ignore Truth/Natural Laws. They actually believe women and men are exactly the “same”. It is why they are forcing sodomy to be a virtue-—to make men and women interchangeable for the NWO—Children will be trained to defy Natural Law (Truth/Science) for the irrational and absurd so they are easily manipulated by all lies....which is Marxism.
Such stupidity denies Truth and Individuality and Free Will. These evil minds that are imposing Marxism (irrationality/slavery) on our children have to be exposed and ridiculed for the evil and stupidity they try to pass onto the masses.
All “equality” of OUTCOMES is totalitarianism. It denies Choice and Free Will and the State controls everything-—which does not let merit and interest determine the people who gain positions.

I can’t imagine this would survive a challenge under the 14th Amendment.
It also limits who people can choose to represent them.
It could only be accomplished by designating certain seats as male, others as female. It, moreover, reflects the insanity of those neurotics who simply cannot accept the reality that all people differ; that formulas that require equality of achievement by different classes, races, sexes or other definable categories of persons, are an insane denial of that reality.
