Sam Adams Pulls Its Sponsorship of St Patrick's Day Parade Over Gay Rights Boston parade organisers failed to reach an agreement with gay rights advocacy group, causing beer brewer to withdraw support

The New York parade organisers have also come under fire for their policy toward LGBT people.
The maker of Sam Adams beer says it is withdrawing its sponsorship of Boston’s St Patrick’s Day parade a day after negotiations to allow gay groups to march broke down.
Boston Beer Co said in a statement Friday that it is disappointed that an agreement couldn’t be reached between the gay rights advocacy group MassEquality and parade organizers that would have allowed gay veterans to march. The parade is scheduled for Sunday.

Good grief, why in hell do they have to bring their politics into a simple parade? It’s not about homosexuality, it’s about St. Patrick! They have their own Pride Parade, let them march there!
So Sam Adams was Mau-Maued by the homosexual activists? Just one time, I’d love to see a company, other than one run by Christians, tell these thugs to take a long walk off a short pier. Ironically, the former mayor of Portland Oregon is named Sam Adams - a homo that groomed a 17-year-old into that perversion and had sex with him two weeks after he turned 18. This was right before the election and he still won the mayorship. Oh, and he lied about it until after the election.
If not why is the Sam Adams Co. trying to insert LGBTism into the celebration of St. Patrick?
