I saw him a couple of days ago giving a speech in New Orleans. I was quite surprised, he has definitely improved his speech skills, and he appeared very personable and intelligent.

There’s no reason to concede the charisma factor to Hillary. She had to cry to stop her campaign being blown up in New Hampshire. She doesn’t have 1% of Bill’s people skills.

He is a great speaker. In person, he’s excellent, but it doesn’t seem to come across on tv. I am a big Jindal fan. I have reservations about his ability to get through the media obstacle course.
