Let’s say, just for fun, that you have a small brick of HE just big enough to shred the latch on a cockpit door. And let’s say no one sees you light a fuze or that you have an electronic wireless detonator. How far can you get from that thing when it goes off to keep from knocking yourself silly? You’d be talking a grenade sized charge and the notion that you’re going to be in fighting condition after it goes off a few feet from you is nonsense-——throwing the BS flag on this proposition——tttthhhhheeeerrreee it gggoooeeeesss.
The word grass is British slang for a police informer and dates back to the 1930s. Is apparently a shortened form of the slang term grasshopper, meaning the same thing. Grasshopper itself is rhyming slang (where words rhyme with a hidden meaning) for either copper (police officer) or shopper, one who shops (sells) information to the police.
so and just askin...it is verified the plane was at 45 k feet ?

My theory is they ripped off the plane. The pilots are converts to the religion of peace, they went up to 45k shut off the O2 killing everybody, brought it down again and landed it - God knows where - and are planning to use it kamikaze style or God knows what. Bottom line: I highly doubt it was hijacked. The pilots were involved.

This means that at 45,000 feet, the passengers would likely feel the same cabin pressure as at normal cruise altitude. There is no reason to believe that supplemental oxygen would have been required. Or that passengers would not have been able to survive, if in fact the aircraft did climb to 45,000 feet.

Your theory may be correct.
I’m more thinkin the rise in altitude was deliberately done for the longevity of the flight......I’d be interested to see the assumed glide path possibles from a decent from 45 k feet
