KADENA AIR BASE, Okinawa Since the repeal of the Dont Ask, Dont Tell policy, U.S. military bases have hosted gay marriage ceremonies and potluck gatherings. But on Saturday, servicemembers here may have been the first to take to the stage and perform as drag queens on a military installation in support of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender troops.
Drag queens and drag kings, to be precise.
Six servicemembers gay, lesbian and straight donned heavy makeup to dance and lip sync songs such as I Wanna Dance with Somebody for a raucous capacity crowd at the Rocker NCO Club at Kadena Air Base. The event was a fundraiser for the recently formed Okinawa chapter of OutServe-SLDN, which is the largest nonprofit advocate for the militarys LGBT community.

A capacity crowd? Either the forces are chock full of these lunatics or the other troops are cheering them on.
Military readiness is about 1,983 on the priority list. Sleep tight!

Yeah, if the Russians don’t die from laughter first.
Cue the Village People!
Wow,what a great message of strength and diversity we send to our hardened enemies abroad, both actual and potential. What is broadcasted loud and clear? We’re here, we’re queer and oh by the way, do with me what you want, big boy. Pathetic. My father and grandfather, both US Army veterans, must be spinning in their graves. What happened to the America I grew up in just 50 years ago? I live in a foreign land of creeps, queers and permanent adolescence. What will be the results when we are really tested? We’ll be fighting enemies both within and outside. What a god forsaken mess. It’s going to get uglier before it ever gets better. Be prepared. And maintain a prayerful observance, clinging to our bibles and guns and a faded Constitution.
It's as if someone WANTS this country to implode.
God, help the U.S.A. to awaken from this lunacy. God, help the U.S. military. God, help the world.
I can hardly wait for the act to hit the road. I bet it'll bring the house down in Kandahar, in Riyadh, in Karachi.
Turn out the lights, the party is long over here. From first to last in respect in less than 15 years.
I take exception to one of your characterizations. It’s not even adolescence. It’s the preschool anal-retentive stage. It’s also preschool the fun to dress-up stage.
I was stationed there in the 70’s. The worst place to be. At least someone is having fun. The 400 tickets sold? I’m sure most of those people who bought them were straight. Second, families are stationed there meaning they are not confined to the limited entertainment on the island. The only question is military preparedness. Our hero Barry Goldwater would disagree with most of you. The career military brass/nco’s? They are NOT going to jeopardize their careers. Keeping one’s mouth shut shows they know who’s boss.
You act as if the military is there to fight wars and secure our freedom.
Think about everything this president has done and ignore what he says.
If you had the power to implement changes which had the purpose of destroying America, what would you do differently?
It’s shot after shot against America, land of the free and home of the brave. One small shot at a time and it goes unchallenged. It’s like everyone is climatized to the incremental destruction of the country.
God has turned nations over to their depravity in the past. With less than desirable results. There's no reason He won't do it again.
They’ve become as women:
30 The mighty men of Babylon have forborn to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women: they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.
31 One post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at one end,
32 And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.
33 For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor, it is time to thresh her: yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.
Corporal Klinger. I’m section eight, Head to toe. I’m wearing a Warner bra. I like to play with dolls. My last wish is to be buried in my mother’s wedding gown. I’m nuts. I should be out.

I have never thought that men in drag was funny. In the movies, on stage, on TV shows, etc. NEVER! There’s a local commercial here for a grocery store where a local actor and radio personality takes different roles to show the different departments of the store. It ends with him dressed in drag as a cashier and talking like a woman. UGH!
(I posted this on another thread and I’ll ping it here.)
This is immoral debasement of a place that history has not forgotten. A perverted dance on the graves of our deceased. Of all the places they could choose for this sick display they chose Okinawa.
Battle of Okinawa
...The Battle of Okinawa is distinguished among battles, yet often unrecognized when referring to the great battles of the Second World War. Over 250,000 people lost their lives. Approximately 150,000 Okinawans, about a third of the population, perished. At the battle’s end, somewhere between a third and half of all surviving civilians were wounded. No battle during the Second World War, except Stalingrad, had as massive a loss of civilian life. The stakes were high. The Japanese, determined to fight to the last man, almost achieved their objective, but in defeat 100,000 Japanese combatants died rather than surrender. In the end, fewer than 10,000 of General Mitsuri Ushijimass Thirty-Second Army were taken prisoner.
United States loss of life was staggering as well. The United States Navy sustained the largest loss of ships in its history with thirty-six lost and 368 damaged. The Navy also sustained the largest loss of life in a single battle with almost 5,000 killed and an equal number wounded. At Okinawa, the United States Tenth Army would incur its greatest losses in any campaign against the Japanese. The Tenth Army, which initially was made up of 183,000 army, navy, and marine personnel. During those eighty-two days, the Tenth Army would lose 7,613 men and over 30,000 men would be evacuated from the front lines for a minimum of a week due to wounds. Moreover, the largest numbers of U.S. combat fatigue cases ever recorded would occur on Okinawa...
is that a photo from the club?
Don’t ask but the GLBT crowd sure do show and tell. Part of that disease of soul is they don’t respect boundaries and their sexuality trumps all else. That the military embraces this trash is a travesty. Land of the creeps and home of the depraved. God is not pleased nor grant His favors. George Washington would be appalled to the max.
Flux all no good godless leftists.
Pics are from here:
How long before our enemies perceive us and our military as weak or a big joke and decide to take some sort of preemptive action.
this is from March 2.
I’ve been reading this headline once every two days since.
Is there some way we could give this non story this stupid story a rest?
this is not the entire military. Not by a long shot.
But the story is meant to demoralize, as was the incident.
Stars and Stripes newspaper is a liberal rag and has been for some time.
Can we please stop this story? WE have all seen it. Numerous times. Enough to think it is happening all over. It happened once
Can we get any sicker?
Yeah, I’m pretty sick of that guy dressed up as Flo, the insurance lady, also.
I was stationed there years ago during Nam...
This is agitation propaganda. The safe play is to buy a ticket, attend and stand in the back. Else be born out as the target for defamation. It’s training, they just don’t call it that.
"Blanket parties" including "soap in a sock" coming up in the near future?
Couldn’t watch more than a few seconds... Now that’s someone I want defending me. Someone who’ll get freaked out by a broken fingernail.
