Letting homosexual and transgendered men compete against women, where they are physically better developed, is discrimination against women.
That is why there was a separate men’s and women’s category in the first place. Because in men versus women, the men overwhelmingly beat them.

I think Pakistan and India have a legal third gender just for this category.

This is why the Olympics instituted gender tests via blood tests, because some nations tried to sneak in men to compete in the women’s competitions. The East German female teams were actually female, just really doped up on steroids.
When you sneak a guy in to the women’s competition, he almost always wins baring discovery or a major flub.
If there was no difference between men and women, we’d only have one competition for each sport in the Olympics. Not mens’ and women’s track, field, skiing, etc.

BTW, there ain't no such thing as a "transgendered woman". IT is a neutered male, no more, no less. Whether IT wants to be referred to as "woman" or as "she", makes no difference. If IT believed IT was a refrigerator, would we pander to that too ?
