By saying, “Sure, no problem,” you would give consent to a search, even if you added something about getting a warrant.

Be very careful what you say to police who are demanding to search you or your property. If they ask, “Do you mind if we search” whatever it is, do not allow the first word you utter to be either Yes or No, as you will then have given consent either way, no matter what else you might say. Instead, say, “I do not consent to any search,” and nothing else. Not one word.
